Cyrus is literally THE BEST TRAINER EVER!!!! He’s so helpful with dietary suggestions, stretches, and mindful about previous injuries. I was always so insecure about seeing a trainer because I had no idea what to expect. But after an injury I really wanted to make sure I didn’t hurt myself again, and Cyrus listened to my concerns and what I wanted to improve on. Everyone at the legion makes you feel like family.

An extraordinary private facility. I have worked with trainers for close to 30 years; always to maintain my health. RBG is my hero. Cyrus is the perfect trainer for me.The facility has all you need. Trainers for your specific needs. Short term or long term.Massage therapy available.

As a person who doesn't like to exercise I am totally in love with this place. It is small but mighty. Friendly faces all around. People are welcoming and share equipment without hesitation.Cyrus the owner remembers your name and offers advice during workouts. Beyond grateful that my trainer Eli Matelson brought me here. I high recommend.

I saw this place on Instagram and saw some people I know going here. I had my first session today with Melissa! She was so motivating and friendly. The gym is clean and high end. I can't wait to keep training here.
