The audacity to schedule me an appt. on a Saturday at 10:30am, waste my time to drive over just for a guy to talk through the door can’t hear a word he’s saying having to yell at him to speak higher. He says they’re closed! I tell him why would you schedule me and not let me know you will be closed! So unprofessional. No wonder their reviews suck. Please do not go here you will waste your time.

Absolutely terrible location. Wouldn’t take walk-ins and was told they couldn’t help me even though I was in some pain. I’ve been to other locations many times before and had my neck cracked for the same reason without any issues.

Showed up at 5:30. They were already closed even though they claim to be open until 7. This place is a chain with a revolving door of employees. Honestly, I haven’t felt safe with any of the “Drs,” I only got sucked into it through my minimal relief I gained from committed plan.

I must highlight Dr. Ivan as the best Dr. I’ve had in a long time at The Joint! I am beyond grateful for all the adjustments and care he’s given me over the last few weeks. I do a lot of office work and my neck and back are always under stress / pressure. Every single time I come in I feel like a reset button is pressed and I can go about my week feeling brand new. Dr. Ivan is kind, and has great bedside manner, takes his time and makes sure you are listed to. Thank you Dr. Ivan! ?

Drove up there to be told they aren’t accepting new patients today bc they have “spotty” internet. Whatever that means. I’m sure the owner of the place would never want an employee to turn down a new customer, or turn down money. Won’t be back here. First impressions are sometimes the last

DO NOT DO A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THE JOINT!! They insist that you come to the location you signed up with in to cancel IN PERSON. Can’t come in to cancel IN PERSON??? Did you move? Good luck! They will keep changing you whether you use their services or not. Shameful!

The joint has good doctors but the receptionist always has a reason why they are too busy to take patients. Have been turned away multiple times when I try to use this location on my way home.

Dr. Ivan and Dr. Joe at the Mulholland location are both incredibly talented Chiropractors. Very kind, empathetic and patient.They are the best! I feel so much better. Highly recommend the monthly care package as The Joints prices are ridiculously affordable considering how many times you will visit with additional appointments being extremely low cost. With so much stress these days my adjustments relieve pain, inflammation and a host of other issues so my immune system is rebooting.It takes time for more challenging conditions but so worth it.I pop in, get aligned and off I go. Love this place. Grateful.Thanks Dr. Ivan and Dr. Joe.

Don't accidentally subscribe thinking you are getting a pack of visits! I believe we were scammed in this way and no notifications were sent after nine months of inactivity because we thought we had used the visits we paid for already.We came here in an emergency because our usual chiropractor was fully booked for the next few weeks. Since we have a chiropractor who is nearly family to us we have no reason to sign up for any subscriptions so we opted to go for the per-visit deal. We were also leaving the country in a couple of weeks for a month-long international trip. All the more reason not to sign up for any subscriptions or packages. I am also personally against subscriptions due to the fact both my wife and I are very busy and don't stay up to date on all the transactions going through our accounts so it's just easier to pay the upfront cost and not risk forgetting about a subscription.Well..... they signed us up for a subscription anyway without us knowing... We were in a bit of a hurry between appointments and signed the documents on a tablet to get started. (I assumed liability docs because of the nature of the treatments) No. This was the subscription documents. (My fault I guess.. but seriously!! Have some respect for your customers)9 months go by and we finally realized we had been getting charged every month for $89 each month. Total is $810. We got NO notifications through email or text that we were still being charged. We had never used any of the visits of course because we didn't know we were on a plan with them. My wife has been regularly visiting our normal chiropractor. There is no way we would have consented for this.THEN YOU CAN'T CANCEL without coming in person! We called to cancel but were informed we had to do it in person.. The place isn't super close to our house so we had to waste our Sunday afternoon trekking out there to sign documents IN PERSON! None of this is super bad on it's own but added up all together I wish we had never come across this place.It would be better if they didn't exist and a more honest company was in their place. So for this reason I am leaving the review. I almost never leave bad reviews or reviews in general. I would have accepted an automated email after 3 or 4 months of inactivity and would be a lot more lenient but this is predatory. I hope others don't get in this trap too.This company is predatory for these reasons:1. No notifications were sent out even after we hadn't visited for months.2. Signatures are taken on a small screen tablet making it less likely for anyone to read.3. You CAN'T CANCEL without coming in person!4. I believe we were NOT properly explained what we were signing up for. I know this is on us but we are very careful about this stuff and we should NOT have trusted them when we signed the documents and didn't read it thoroughly.On top of that, I see a lot of reports of even getting charged after going out of the way to cancel in person. I am putting a stop through my bank to make sure. Be very careful with this company and don't be a victim!

Don’t come here if you are new patient after arriving at 555 pm with my wife who I was brining in as a new patient they guy was like sorry no new patients after 545 pm where is the policy that states that if you are a walk in clinic after explaining to the guy that we work every day from 9-545 pm as we are self employed and run our business he was like, all of our patients know we don’t take new patients at 6pm , I’m like can you make an exception we drove all the way from Westlake Village , he was like nah it’s because sometimes we are here till 730 I’m like and what’s that to me I see no one in here right now can’t you make an exception this one time he was like no , wouldn’t even give us the new patient paper work to fill out so the moral of the story is that Thousand Oaks location and Porter ranch will take new patients up until 645 after calling another joint location there like we can take you if you get here by 650 pm never coming back again , fix your policy and procedures state as you walk in or list online no new patients after 545 pm

I visit Dr. Ivan and his staff at The Joint in Calabasas at least weekly. They are a life-saver, truly. I always feel instantly better after visiting them.

Dr. Ivan is awesome and professional!I was suffering from Epley Maneuver Benign Paraxysmal Position Vertical for many months but for the 1st time of his treated the vertical problem was gone in 2 days. Staffs are very nice and kind. Thank you so much.

Some Doctors are great! Some others are awful. I have my specific days where I meet my favorite doctors! It’s worth it tho, pay that monthly subscription, you’ll notice huge difference!

My girlfriend made an appointment on Monday for today. We drove all the way from WeHo (1+ hour drive) and arrived at 6pm. There was a piece of paper on their door saying that they are closed even though they are supposed to be open until 7pm. Nobody called to notify us of the early closure. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of our time.

In from out of town, went to the Joint, had perhaps my greatest adjustment ever. Really great work. Highest recommends.
