I've been coming to the bead lounge for a few years now, and I just have to say, these women have made me feel like family. I have taken several classes, from learning how to make a basic bracelet, to now wire wrapping, and I'm the kind of person who needs to watch, and ask questions, and needs the person teaching me to go slow, and explain things. Each one of these women has made me feel so comfortable. Now aside from that, sometimes I come in just to get inspiration. Sometimes I get stuck on what to make next, and I'll walk in and no joke, I am approached with a hug either from the owner Bari, Taylor, Naya or Sky, and asked how I'm doing and what they can help with. They have an incredible selection of beads, charms, chains, clasps. I've looked at several other bead stores in the area when I was first getting my feet wet in making jewelry, and it's obvious that Bari cares about what she wants in her store. The quality of her selection is truly unmatched. You can just see and feel the difference. I'm a forever fan of the bead lounge, and I know when I go in, I will always be welcomed and helped in any way they can provide.

Unpleasant experience. This is my first time ever leaving a review ever but my experience coming here sucked so much lol. The woman who appears the be the owner is soooo weird and off putting. Do not ask for a simple price range on the chains here because their entire demeanor changes. I've never had a bad customer experience the way I did here, not welcoming or kind and just straight up bad vibes. The employee who did our permanent bracelets was sweet though at least.

I bought a small pendant and asked to make a small adjustment in the hoop of my necklace so it would fit into it. The girl that worked there somehow broke off the piece from my necklace, replaced it with another one without telling me, and gave it back to me really crooked and said it will be fine like that. They then charged me 20$ for it, without telling me in advance.
The whole thing broke the second i got home, and i had to take it to get professionally fixed. Will not go back.

Very impressed. I took my wife and a friend here as part of a pre-birthday day out and they loved everything about this place, especially Bari, who served as their bead guru. They are now making plans to go back for a girls day out. Thanks Bari for making a birthday idea a real treat. Lovely space, great prices, wonderful experience.

I needed to get an elastic bracelet replaced on an expensive bracelet that broke. They were able to fix it just like new within an hour even with multiple customers in the store. Highly recommended!!

Honestly so disappointed with the end result of my product, the ambiance is so lovely and the intention is there for the store however I spent $145 on a charm bracelet that you create your all got all charms that were more expensive because they were “real gold” and did not turn yet all my gold charms are turning half silver. The lady forgot my dog bone charm which I had already paid for and didn’t realize until I was home from the store. She asked what length I wanted for my bracelet and I said an extra string to dangle and use as a clasp, stead I have one hook extra and it makes the bracelet lopsided because there is a chunk with no charms. I’m just disappointed I spent all my money on this for my bracelet to turn colors (I mixed silver and gold charms) I specifically asked I never take off my jewelry when I showered and was told it wouldn’t turn and tarnish free! Would return if it was actually what I thought the end result would be.

The BEST customer service!! Sooooo helpful and so friendly and willing to teach you anything about beads and jewelry making. Prices are so reasonable!! Taylor is so knowledgeable, sweet, and warm, and I could have spent the day with her. This is an amazing find, and a great gem.

So happy I found Bead Lounge! I absolutely love the selection. The employees are wonderful and so helpful. I love getting to make my own pieces and spend time with family here. Bari, the owner, truly cares about her customers and it shows. Definitely will be coming back!! My family, friends, and I love this place!!

They had a great selection of items that you can make your own Jewelry, or buy jewelry that's already made by someone else. Beautiful selections, very friendly, very helpful and reasonably priced. It's my favorite store for myself or for gifts for others.Love the Bead Lounge

This is my sanctuary away from the daily situations that may be stressful. I’m so happy I discovered Bead Lounge. Everyone in the store is very helpful, encouraging and available to assist. They have made jewelry making so much fun and attainable. Also, they have some of the most elegant and beautiful pieces of already made jewelry if you don’t have the time to make your own. Lastly, I have watched them interact with customers who have come in to repair jewelry and it’s literally put a smile on my face. Thank you everyone and Bari for being so amazing and creating this peaceful space.

This is one of my absolute favorite stores and my go to for gift giving. When I was contemplating on what to Do for my 5oth I thankfully thought of having a party here. Well it was an OMG this is such an awesome night and so much fun mantra that we all said multiple times.. Everyone was raving and a month later they are still raving. We brought in wine ,drinks and appetizers and everyone had a budget that I set and took care of. Barry and her staff were so helpful and accommodating. All of my friends and I have a beautiful piece of Jewelry that remind us of that incredible night and the friendship that we have. I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you want to make a gift or choose something for you this is the place. If you want to have a great Birthday, Engagement or baby shower or just a girls night out I highly recommend booking the Bead Lounge for your shindig.
