Very impressed. I took my wife and a friend here as part of a pre-birthday day out and they loved everything about this place, especially Bari, who served as their bead guru. I needed to get an elastic bracelet replaced on an expensive bracelet that broke. They were able to fix it just like new within an hour even with multiple customers in the store. Highly recommended!!
