Stylist: Galia was busy when I arrived but immediately welcomed me and told me how long my wait would be.
While I waited I observed how she cut her customer's hair and knew I would be in experienced hands.
And so it was. Galia gas been cutting hair for 25 years,.11 of them at Supercuts. She asked what I needed done, finessing the more subtle questions that arise as she progressed: I felt I was in good hands.
The cut was perfect and I knew I'd found "my salon" and hairstylist at last! AND at an affordable price ?

My daughter got a trim on her bangs and hair it was fast had a great experience
Stylist: I forgot her name she was really friendly the date is 5/3 at 4:40 pm who ever was working at the time

I went in for a haircut which was ok not the bestI asked for a little bit of a rinse to tone down the gray. She totally dyed my whole head a red color then when I complained said it would wash out.DO NOT ever have them dye your hair Very very inexperienced and have NO idea what they are doing !!!

I got a flyer from this location in the mail that offered 2 $15 haircuts til 2/29/2024. I decided to give it a try even if it's 4 miles out of my way. I got their on my appointment at 4:15pm told them I had a coupon and proceeded to have my haircut. Once I was done the lady who helped me out, Mary, said unfortunately, they couldn't honor the coupon according to the owner. I showed it to her, read it as well, and the coupon didn't have any blackout dates. She said since it's a Tuesday, she could only give me $3 off the cut. Classic bait and switch. I had no choice but pay since the service was already done and she told me to call the number of corporate in Santa Clarita. I called and spoke with Jay, he said to mmm I should call back in the morning when his boss was there. I did call the next day and Jay picked up again and told me that he will speak to the manager of this branch to fix the situation and call me back. He never did call me back. Avoid this branch at all cost. They get you in with a seemingly good deal and once the service is done, they don't follow through with it

I've been bringing my mom here since Covid and have always had a good experience we now primarily go to Mary who gives my mother a great cut and is very kind. Today I had pleasure of meeting and being assisted by manager Tensha sorry for incorrect spelling she did write her name on a card for me and I misplaced it I will try to correct this post soon. This salon and bathroom are very neat and clean. Thank you

My hair stylist Ms. S. was AMAZING!! She gave me a steamed towel treatment and a scalp massage after shampooing and conditioning my hair. Thank you SOOOO much! I felt my stress melt away after this relaxing experience.Services: Haircut

People are nice but just don’t listen to customer. I specifically asked for “clean up” only and I mentioned that I had my haircut a month ago, so I don’t want to cut it short. A well spoken individual within few minutes cut my hair too short, it changed my hair style completely. It was too late for me to advise them to stop, but when I said “it’s much more than I expected, I like my hair long” the reply was “you have still have big hair at the back”. Huh!? I think Supercuts may have good barbers, but I wasn’t lucky to get one this time. And I won’t likely be using Supercuts anymore.

Today my mom, my brother and I went to go see Mariana to get cuts and my mom a dye and cut. I would like to start out and Natilie and Mariana not good at all. We called at 9 am asking to put our name down for Mariana for the 3 of us and Natilie said no, call at 1.(They can not put names down till Mariana comes in.) Instead of calling at 1 we went at 12:50. When we went we put all 3 of our names downs. When it came to have my brother go at 2 pm, there was another costumer who I guess called at 10 and they were told that it was ok and that they had an appointment with Mariana at 2. Us being there already we’re confused as we were told something else. Natilie told 2 different costumers 2 different things and when we confronted her about it she was rude and kept making excuses. I don’t think we will be coming in again to be honest. This left a bad taste in my mouth. The costumer service sucks. Again Mariana was and Natilie were very bad. And when Mariana had serrated with my mom and the. Did my hair and when it was time to finish up my brother took the other costumer instead of finishing up the current costumers that she had. This was a horrendous experience.Services: Hairstyling
