I made an appointment for 2pm with Ana, arrived on time, around 2:10 Ana told me that I have to wait a little bit longer since she was busy with someone else. I was in a hurry so I requested for someone else to get my haircut. It was a horrible experience, this person had no idea how to do a simple haircut even with the picture I showed her, she chopped off my hair to about 1in. Horrible customer service

I visited this place for a haircut, and I had a fantastic experience. The place was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I was particularly impressed with Sarah, who did an outstanding job with my haircut. She was professional with over 20 years of experience, attentive, and really understood what I was looking for. The results were even better than I expected. I highly recommend Supercuts and especially Sarah for anyone looking for a great haircut and excellent service.

They don't follow directions when you go in for a haircut. Unless you want something similar to a military buzzcut they can't do it.

I had a terrible experience! The woman who was trying to cut my 3yo sons hair was rude, had no attitude and 0 experience working with kids. It wasn’t my son’s first haircut and we never had a problem with that. She couldn’t even finish the haircut and I had to ask her to leave it as it was. Will never go back again!!!

Great service. I recently got a haircut at a different location and I wasn’t happy with it. Anna was very helpful, listened to my concern, gave me her professional advice and fixed my haircut. Thank you so much Anna. I appreciate it and will definitely be back.

Judgemental, rude and condescending.They give zero F's about people's mental health, they just want a simple easy job. Only 2 people there out of 5 were actually decent human beings.

Came here and asked for a fade with a 0. Barber did not use a clipper to measure out how short I wanted my haircut and just started cutting away with the scissors. Gave me a bad line up on the back of my head. She did. To present me a mirror to look at the back of my head.

If you want an exciting place to get a new hair style this is not the place for you. The mood is very bland from facility to staff. Kills any happy cell you come inside with. However, if you just want a place to get a basic cut quickly then this is for you. My cut felt very minor with not much change post-cut.
