This place is terrible. Not worth the effort. Daniel Koster is the property manager. He is a liar. Last year when I rented a unit, he told me that if we miss a payment that they don't auction people's stuff. Now he says they do. He claims to have called, sent letters and emails. He did none of that. Liar liar pants on fire!

I needed to return a U-Haul, and they couldn't have made the experience any more miserable. Trying to get information from the associate such as where to park the truck and next steps was like pulling teeth. The customer service is non-existent. I would not recommend this place for anything.
