This particular Starbucks is located in the main lobby of a Marriott Hotel. The employees were courteous and polite. I order a hot vanilla latte with heavy whipping cream and it was made perfect. I also got the egg, sausage and cheese burrito which was very good and actually filling. I highly recommend both!Wheelchair accessibility: There's a side door that automatically opens after pressing a button.

I was there 1 hour ago, order dragon mango drink to get 50% off for Wednesday. The guy on cashier said you have to ask me for 50% off . He didn’t offer me to return my money and ring me up again or anything . Just he put my order and left???Specific when you have inspection ( 3 inspectors inside the store )How is your service ?Better to train your employees

JESSICA Is MANAGER This morning. That's the third time Is being RUDE and RACIST Is UNPROFESSIONAL I go over there everyday spent eight dollars Is time seven days Is time one month Time 12 months. It comes Over two thousand dollars a year I am tecking my business Is to another coffee house. I am done with starbuck Is this manager jessica needs to be fired cheese ruining the business for starbuck ??????

Last Saturday I went drive-thru around 3ish pmLocation: Oxnard St and Canoga Ave in woodland hills, Ca. There were 4 cars in front of me. I placed my order, noticed the line wasn't moving at all. In all thruth, it took 40 minutes to get my drink....40 MINUTES...it was actully NOT A BUSY TIME for Starbucks. This is suppose to be faster, but NO! .. People order, then AGAIN order MORE FOOD/ DRINKS at the pay/pick up window. THAT'S NOT FAIR. If we go drive thru is because we ARE IN A HURRY. Starbucks don't mind the extra orders but the person behind the one ABUSING THE SYSTEM is not too happy with the whole service and on top of that THERES IS A TIP choice??I THINK NOT!!Please get rid of the TIP choice, doesn't apply to the slow service.You want us to TIP for the ridiculous SLOW SERVICE??40 MINUTES to get a drink at Starbucks drive thru???....RIDICULOUS!

I used the mobile app and arrived to the store 10 minutes prior to my order being ready. I went in at 9:22 to check my order since that is the time the app estimated. I found that the food item was ready but no drink. So I waited . At 9:47 I enquired about my drink. The barista was a female dark hair with a visor I believe said her name was Maria seemed to be a manager. She rudely snapped at me and said there system was down and told me to get in line. I politely said the food item was made ? I tried to ask if the drink just hadn't been made positively. The woman snapped and said do see it ? If not it's not made and just wait ! Mind you it's been over 20 minutes inside the store and no communication that the system was down . Super rude !! This person is a lot of people's first interaction of the day! So unprofessional so rude! I had to leave because I was already late waiting for my drink and I didn't have time to wait for a refund. She snapped about the food I ordered that had now been sitting there for a half hour. Horrible service! You should hire people whom work well under pressure! My company comes in and we buy $100s of dollars of gift cards and you supply coffee for all meetings! Not anymore! Coffee bean will now be our go to!

Just left at 9:50pm and drinks were watery and staff took forever to make them. Literally gave me watery Frappuccino’s I think they’re cleaning because it’s close to closing and making drinks. I want a refund

This Starbucks kiosk is located inside the lobby of the Marriott Warner Center hotel. Considering the hotel restaurant prices were outrageous and had limited hours, I said forget that and instead frequented this Starbucks a bunch when I stayed at the Marriott. Sure the lines were long. But it moved super quick. The baristas whipped out the drinks and orders quicker than any Starbucks I have been to including my local go tos. The prices were not jacked up which I surely appreciated. They easily could have due to the captive audience of hotel guests. They offered the same menu of drinks, mediocre tasting food, prepackaged refrigerated over priced meal packs, and obligatory merchandise of most Starbucks. They are open daily 6am-2pm.
