“This REI is near my school and it never failed to disappoint me. Most interactions I’ve encountered within every corner either suggests something to me, directs me immediately to where I want to or better yet sells me the option I didn’t I wanted. I think having people who work here have experience using their products and enjoys it helps with that customer service experience and they’re always kind enough to go out their help you with no charge sometimes for small labors that can be fixed which shows how intentionally they hire they’re workers. This was the first REI I’ve been to and I never stopped coming back.”

“Our son asked for a baseball birthday experience that included gaming. After calling a bunch of places and getting nowhere, Mark at Baseball Dynamics came through with the most welcoming invitation to have our party at their location. We called out a gaming bus to measure and make sure there wouldn't be any mishaps and voila, we had a party. The boys in the office were hands on helping with kids at the cages. The patio was perfect for a buffet of fun pizza, tacos and cake. They even played the Sandlot on the TV in the background. From the words of my son, "Best Birthday Ever!" We had the best experience and highly recommend using Baseball Dynamics for a private event!”

“I have been coming here with my family for over 15 years -- and aside from having an amazing selection, I must say that the service is incredible. Steve, the owner, worked with me to resolve an issue I had with a pair of skis I purchased that had some manufacturing idiosyncrasies. Not only did he honor an exchange, he took the time out to understand what I needed and give me his personal time, despite the fact that he was not making (if not losing) money on this transaction. It's been a while since I've seen someone honor the customer like this -- and it's why I'll keep coming back. Hats off to the entire team here -- they care about what they do, and more importantly, they care about you.”
