Absolutely steer clear of the this tax company. I have done business with them for seven years. It wasn't until the seventh year that I noticed a problem. I would make an appointment two years before and come the appointment date they were always an hour behind. Initially, I took it as them being a popular establishment that everyone wanted to use. When I begin to invest in property and needed tax information in the middle of the year, they were extremely unresponsive. The last straw was when my appointment day came and they weren't available, so I my appointment was pushed back a couple of days. I discountued the relationship. Court proceedings came up that required tax information and they became unresponsive. Now, I will have to sue to get them to turnover my own information. I hope this review saves someone the trouble. Aline Nataly Apelian will not be your guiding light.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. We were long time customers, they made errors on last two years which flagged the IRS, and last year we came in March and they sent our taxes out late on May 2022, now I ma dealing with a $1700 past due bill as well as penalties to the IRS and having to pay-someone else to do our taxes correctly-- Arrrgh !!!

For starters, Nataly was super unresponsive, and very unprofessional in her communication.We later found out that she made a pretty big mistake on our return, causing us to be audited.The final straw was when she failed to provide any help to us in responding to the audit that she had caused in the first place.We will not be using them again.

We later found out that she mistakenly included a credit on our return that should not have been included, causing us to be audited. Having done our taxes for many years, she should have known not to include this credit. The final straw was when she failed to provide any help to us in responding to the audit that she had caused in the first place. We tried for weeks to get a hold of her but she couldn't be bothered to respond. We will not be using them again.

I won't go into details. But Natalie's mistake cost me several grand. And her defensive attitude simply didn't help solve the problem. What pushed me to the edge was instead of acknowledging she made a mistake, she charged me 25% more the following year with the justification that she was saving me money. Smh. How??? Her response was so out of context that I just paid and never went back.

Rude and un-professional. The 2 person team treat people like objects and all they care about is money. Contacted the BBB in hopes something gets done about their practice. Stay away!

This is the best tax place around. Nataly and Jim are both experienced professionals with very precise knowledge on the tax codes and always updated on the most current legislation. They give you the option of dropping off your paperwork and coming back at a later date for your return or making an appointment and sitting there while the return is completed. When you leave your appointment there are no questions and you know exactly where you stand. I highly recommend this company and these professionals.

Professional and knowledgeable! Nataly is helpful and explains everything she is doing. She makes sure that you are aware of all new laws and rules to make sure your taxes are filed properly. We have been coming here for years and we trust them completely. Call early for an appointment because they book up quick!!
