This is a real/true smoke shop in West Hills—SFV. ? The reason being: You know where its entrance is. I love Smoky’s! ❤️?❤️The employees are always so knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful! ☺️ It can be a quick “get in-get out” or a take your time to “leisurely browse the shelves” type of store. You choose how you are feeling that day. ?❤️It’s my go to smoke shop as they almost always have what I usual get in stock.

Apparently there's a new guy that just started and he isn't doing too good with transactions. If you're going to ID someone for a lighter, ID EVERYONE for their sales of tobacco related products. Don't pick and choose who you're going to ID or whose ID you'll accept from their phone. Double standard is UGLY. Do that in front of a cop and I guarantee this shop will be closed in a heartbeat.

Smokys is hands down my go to smoke shop especially after Covid. Workers always have a mask on they are definitely polite and helpful knowledgeable about the products in the shop and it just gets no better than that. There backwoods are in a humidified room where they stay fresh and don't get stale... I can not complain. Keep it up smoky's
