For context, my uncle recently passed away, and I was given the task of creating images for his funeral service and not only did they give me great customer service, but they were so accommodating and Empathetic during these hard times for me and my family. Karen helped me pick out sizes and initiated the prints and Walter went above and beyond making sure that I was satisfied with the final product. To be able to help me during a life event like this I truly appreciated their service.”
