People were nice. I wanted to get my gel x manicure removed so I came to this location. The lady was super rough on my nails. The drill bit was too fast, intense and she was too quick with it so she cut my skin in 3 different areas. Now the skin around my fingers hurt and my nails feel weak. I think she drilled too much☹️

Love this place so much. They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny as they really take care of you. Will be going exclusively to them. Amazing team and great work. ❤️

I got a regular manicure, and the people were very nice and friendly but the manicure was poor. The application was very messy and lumpy and the bottom was extremely jagged and too far from my cuticle. She also left my cuticles looking very dry and barely trimmed off the hangnails. I previously got a manicure here that was much better but this one was really bad and not worth the price at all. Wouldn't go back.Services: Nail painting

The gel manicure took about 30 minutes which seemed really fast. It lasted a week and half. I was also overcharged on my card. When I went back to point out the mistake they needed another few days to think about it and look into it. They were nice but this place is not good and they do not know how to run a business.

I've been going to this salon since they first opened. The girls are friendly and even though they converse among themselves, they still will converse with me. Evie does my gel manicure and she's good and thorough. She picks out colors for me and sometimes surprises me with a little sparkle. Lisa or Loan does my pedicures and they take care to make sure I don't get ingrown toenails which I'm prone to get. Niki always fits me in whenever I call for an appointment. I look forward to going there and relaxing.

I will never go back My pedi is already losing its polish after barely 2 weeks during which I wore mostly socks and sneakers and my toenails were cut so short it was actually uncomfortable the first week. My manicure was sloppy and fast and they acted insulted when I requested they push back my cuticles rather than cut them. Totally non-relaxing as one of the people working on me was on the phone accepting calls for new appointments. For $60 (including a $10 tip) I really expect better.

I love the staff and the salon is pleasant and clean. The manicurists always do a great job and are very nice. There's also plenty of parking in the back.

The woman was rude, gave minimum information but I wouldn't care about the careless service if the job was done well. I had an upper lip wax and a reaction I never had before it's all swollen red and I can't touch the are without cringing from pain. Usually the light redness lasts a few hours with me after a lip wax and all but now the whole day has passed and the pain is stronger than in the morning! This was the worst nail salon I have ever been too. It's extremely overpriced and terrible service. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she said it was doable. I was sitting there for 40 minutes watching this lady struggle with filing my nails. It's like she has never done it before. They were uneven and misshaped. It was $65 for unfinished work. Will not be going back. Don't waste your money.

No greeting when I walked in, so I initiated with a friendly hello and I was looked at and ignored. I decided to still give "Shiny Nails" a chance, since I was there already. I asked for a manicure and I personally didn't like the color selection but I chose one. The lady asked me to pay first, so I did and I tipped in advance. After the manicure I sat there expecting a fan or something to dry out my nails but nothing. I sat there blowing on my nails for 5 minutes and no one ever offered any drying service. I left and never going back.
