I have been buying my paint from this particular Sherwin Williams for over 10 years. I have always received great service . Beginning from Sepideh who was the assistant manager then, she and the staff would provide free Keurig coffee / tea and they had a big table to set up our projects.The staff have always been very patient, kind, polite . Now there is no more refreshments but, the service has not diminished. Recently, I have been assisted by Elizabeth Moreno, she provides the epitome of perfect customer service, whenever I am at the store she greets all customers, able to give you guidance on color matching and LRV of a certain color. Yesterday I came to the store a few minutes before closing and Elizabeth was willing to mix some Paint for me with a very cheerful attitude. She always makes me feel welcome to come in the store. I hope she knows that she is very much appreciated Several times a year Sherwin Williams will have "specials"on their paint and it really makes it a good value as the quality of paint is excellent.

Excellent professional service. The friendly, knowledgable associates mixed my paint in minutes. It looks great! This is premium paint, it is in no way cheap.

Unhelpful dude name Julian didn't know how to work a computer or make phone calls to assist a client. Completely empty store with no customers.

Where is the customer service anymore? It seems like no one wants to work or help us. We wanted to match paint but this location says the machine is broken at 430 pm on 2/5 and now the Woodland Hills location says they cant have the paint ready because it will be 450-455 when we will arrive. I understand stores close at 5 but staying 10 minutes longer doesnt hurt anyone as we desperately needed this paint today. I am so disappointed in the customer service. We really like Andy at the Chatworth location as she always went over and beyond to make sure we got what we needed even though we got there 10 minutes before closing time. We give Andy at Chatsworth location 5 STARS! This location and the CP SW has been a disappointment. Honestly CS has gone downhill. We have been buying SW paint for the past 11 years and never have been treated so badly. Beyond speechless!

Refused to make custom stain that another SW store made. Why? Because she only had 45 minutes to kill before closing time. Asked me to go next day to Vista Paint, their competition. No one ever here. Probably because of the poor service.

Great Customer Service, Products, and Color wall to Choose the color from, can come in and select color without being bothered and the quality of the paint By far tops Home Depot, Benjamin Moore and other paint stores. Love the Emerald paint won't choose anything else for my projects! If you want Quality and people who actually Care this is the place to go

I wanted to leave a review for the outstanding customer service I received yesterday morning from Victor. Choosing a color is hard!! He helped me choose various whites and really took the time to explain the colors to me. Victor was attentive and very helpful from start to finish. Great experience here , I will be coming back for my other projects.

Ordered something online to be picked up at the store. The store salesperson told me they can't carry that item and the price will be refunded. It's been two weeks and no refund yet!

Love this paint store and won't go anywhere else, every time I come in I am greeted with a nice hello by Victor and the associates and they are always ready to help me with anything I need. The store is clean, in order, and the staff is always friendly. They have a great color wall to help you choose you color and are always looking to get everything you need. Always recommend Sherwin Williams to my friends and always make sure my painters use there paint. Been coming here for a couple of years and I won't stop!

The gentleman that brought me the order curbside was very nice and when I spoke with them over the phone to check availability on a color I want they were very helpful
