Just the most overpriced gas in the San Fernando Valley. The Shell one mile away on Platt is literally $1 less per gallon.

The older woman who works at this gas station during the weekend is atrocious. She's ridiculously rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. I've been to this service center MANY TIMES to purchase gas, gas and items, or simply just items because I work in the building right next door. I purchased an item today and politely asked if she can "please turn on the air machine for the tires" she declined and said it was for GAS PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY. I've been a regular for a couple YEARS NOW but will NEVER COME BACK. This was my second time at the store today, the first time today was to purchase gas. You're ridiculous.

Way too overpriced. Im not a fan of the noisy screen that starts blaring when you begin to pump the gas. 100% because I dont have the option to turn it or the sound off. And the hooks that let your gas pump, without holding it...constantly slip. At least its always quiet over there. Likely because of the price. If you're driving east on Ventura there is gas $.40 a gal cheaper just a minute away.

I like Shell stations and their reward programs. It's always ready to find a shell station.Easy in and easy out.

Linda refused to turn Air pump on for me.... requested I paid $1.50. That it was free ONLY if you purchased gas. Her attitude was horrible.

Worker had a terrible attitude and wouldn't allow my 6 year old son to use restroom. My son began to have an accident as we were walking out and I rushed over to the corner of the parking lot. The worker came out and informed me he was calling the police because my son was having an accident. I thanked the employee for helping us out so much and invited him to call the police on my six year old. The exchange ended with him cursing at me and telling me to f$&k off. This worker should be terminated. Find better help. I will be filling a complaint with shell corporate as well.EDIT: looks like bathroom has been out of service for at least 9 months based on previous review. California requires service stations that started operating on or after January 1, 1990 and are located within 660 feet of major highways to have clean and sanitary public restrooms. An intentional violation—one lasting for five consecutive days—is an infraction, punishable by a fine of up to $50 per day.

Stopped to stretch my legs and the owner came out and shouted at my to get off his property and stared me down until I left like I was some kind of criminal. The property looked dirty and unkept and the prices were way over priced. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Avoid this place unless you want to be bullied by the owner

I just wanted to buy gas but was randomly attacked/insulted by the station owner. I did nothing whatsoever to deserve it. Multiple Yelp reviews indicate he's attacked other customers out of paranoia and some bizarre power trip. Shell refuses to deal with the problem.

The owner, Taylor I think his name is, is literally one of the worst people I've ever had to deal with on a person to person level. No Integrity whatsoever.

My experience with this station is consistent with all the other bad reviews. The current guy claiming to be the manager, Taylor, is a total liability to Shell and needs his franchisee license pulled STAT. He isn't simply rude; he is on a very inappropriate mission to show customers how right he is and how wrong they are at every turn. In my case, my pump froze, and as I have done many times before I went inside and asked them to reset it. He rolled his eyes and immediately said, "You must be doing something wrong." I told him I've pumped gas there for 24 years and know how to operate a pump, just reset it. He insisted on coming outside to show me how to use the pump, and I put up with it so long as he didn't continue to insult my intelligence. But he continued to do it, so I asked for his name, which he said was simply "Taylor". I asked if he were the manager, and he said yes. Then I asked if Taylor were his first or last name, and he suddenly decided to cancel the transaction, called me crazy, and demanded I leave. I did, and will never return. I have written Shell corporate, and their response will determine if I ever return to ANY Shell. Shell has a real problem here and needs to address it with Taylor's removal. Nothing less is acceptable. EDIT: I see Taylor finds this review 'funny'. I stress that I never gave my permission to participate in his misogynistic domination fantasy. He only demanded I leave after I made it clear I was going to hold him responsible with Shell corporate. Businesses do not exist to assuage your power fantasies, Taylor.
