IFI can give a 0 star I would Wendy W one of the most rudest management i have ever seen And very Cocky TODAY . Every-time i go i have the worst experience, i try to give them another chance i go again and i get dissapointed especially Fatima which is claiming she was the manager and she lies, and walked away from speaking with me later the store manager came and stated she was her associate and when asking for the corporate office or Regional manager she wrote me the phone number when I got home it was customer service for online shopping HORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I will reach out and find the district manager maybe the entire store should get some customer service experience training

I am never returning to this store again. I bough some shoes from here last week, removed the white tags to wear them at home to see how they feel. It was cutting my blood circulation so I figured I will take them back and possibly get something that’s more comfortable.
The employee including the store manager treated me so poorly, humiliated me in front of the clients who were on the line to pay.
Claimed that I wore these shoes ( these shoes were floor sample and wasn’t super fresh out of the box).
She said that I should have read the fine prints behind my receipt that I should have left the white tags on.
I also was trying to pay for this skirt but the cashier walked away. I asked if anyone was going to help me to purchase the skirt or not. Then she returns to help me. At this point I was too fed up and decided to not buy anything from there.
Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Had a really awesome shopping experience at this location. We had the privilege of working with the store manager and director Wendy today and she was really courteous, hospitable, and professional. Wendy is super knowledgeable and genuinely kind to her clients. This is now our preferred location.

Went in to shop for a heavier jacket a nice pair of Asian ladies helped me to the right area of the store, asked a middle eastern lady about size on a item she left to check but came back with a clip board and took my information and said i could buy the product online. Before I left I went to the fitting room just to be sure I was correct in my thinking the item wouldn't fit. As I suspected the item fit even though that size is usually a bad fit on me it was worth a try taking into consideration that each manufacturer is different considering sizes. when I went to the register the middle easten lady from before didnt remeber helping me just 15 minutes before and keep insisting that my card was not working after two tries I checked online and saw the avaialbe balance was ample for the purchase. Something was awry I let her know I was well aware that something was not clicking for some reason and asked why it never declines until she presses a button. She looked away and saind nothing I then inserted a card and bingo magically it worked as long as she didnt press any buttons. Granted I was leaving the gym and dressed down but if I want a product or service you offer and I am patronizing your store to secure that product or service and paying the asking price I should not be discriminated against dur to being in work out gear. A second lady came over and said the middle eastern woman should get rid of me and hoped I didnt come back but by then the middle easten woman allowed the transaction to complete.

Last Sunday, I tried to return a gift of leather gloves and ear muffs with all the tags attached at Saks in Beverly Hills. The diligent manager tried to research the gift since I didn't have a receipt. He was going to give me a store credit but since it was from Saks Off, he suggested I return it there. So I drove all the way to Woodland Hills just to be embarrassed by the two Persian women at check out. Little did they know I understand a bit of Farsi. The Indian mgr was polite but I have a real problem that your company would not give me a store credit! When gifts are given, one doesn't toss the receipt in there! If you expect superior customers to buy your goods, then you must certainly give them superior service. I would definitely like to hear your thoughts about this!

THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE EVER ANSWERING THE PHONE treating me like absolute SHIT! I will never shop here again I already ordered something for pick up and they're treating me like I'm not a customer even put me on hold while I was mid sentence! THIS IS WRONG! I hope the higher up management sees this and checks who worked today. Your employees need a wake up call! Check My reviews I don't leave bad reviews this is just absurd though I am absolutely mortified how I was treated

It's my first time here and I won't be coming back. After shopping around I asked a staff member for the code to the ladies' restroom, and she looked at me and said, " oh can't give you the code,I have to open it for you." Really! Nordstrom Rack, here I come!
