These guys really helped me out in my hour of need. I'd tried a few others first, tried to solve my problem myself too - all to no avail. My business was completely down. Could not receive any emails and the site was down. They solved the problem almost instantly. Can't speak highly enough about them.

Professional, polite, performed the service quickly and effectivelyI highly recommend Raven Computer for you computing needs. I spent about a month troubleshooting my server before finally giving up and taking it to a professional.Jason Rescue quickly figured out what was wrong, communicated with me, ordered the replacement for the damaged hardware, and had it shipped and installed over the holiday season.I am very impressed with every aspect of this transaction and will be returning here if I ever run into another problem.

Once more they came through when we needed them. Over the years these people have provided IT service for my business. I have purchased 4 generations of hardware through them, from DOS computers until windows 11. Day before yesterday , there was a blackout and the subsequent surge damaged and interrupted our network of 18 computers. After trying to fix it until 8 pm remotely, he concluded that there must be a damage to a hardware piece. He promised he would send someone the next day. By 11 am , a guy came with new switches , routers and modems under his arm , in case he had to change any of them. We got away with just changing the switch and in couple if hours , we were up and running. It is really good to have people like this. It really takes the anxiety of one aspect of running a business away. I am very pleased with them and I highly recommend them for all IT and hardware issues.

I've been using Raven computers for the past few years, and I can honestly say that they are the best computers I've ever owned. They are fast, powerful, and reliable, and they have all the features I need for my work and personal life.I recently had the opportunity to work with Jason, one of Raven's customer service representatives. Jason was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me troubleshoot a problem I was having with my computer. He was also very patient and understanding, even when I was being a bit of a pain.I highly recommend Raven computers to anyone who is looking for a high-quality, reliable computer. I was looking for an upgrade computer for my wife to replace her Windows 7 computer. Talked to Jeff and we landed on a refurb Windows 10 machine with SSD and 8gigs of memory. Had a few programs on my wifes existing machine that I wanted moved to the new computer. Jeff did it all and made my new computer look EXACTLY like the old Windows 7 computer. My wife was delighted with the resulting computer. Thanks Jeff, you are my go to guy for future hardware and when I have a computer problem.

Friday at midnight, my laptop containing all the excel financial files propping up western civilization was waterboarded by some Dog and teenagers. I spent the next six or seven hours frantically taking the machine apart and googling everything, to determine that the flash (eMMc) hard drive is a special cohort of hell and data recovery services can cost around a mortgage payment and take weeks, if at all successful.Then I sent a message on Yelp to Raven Computer, as they had the earliest posted hours. I received an IMMEDIATE response, with the very soothing message that if the data could be backed up, it might only take an hour to do so.I rushed to the location, met with Jason, who deserves a full knighthood, or at least for absolutely going above and beyond for me.Long story short, not only did Jason recover all of my data, he stayed in communication with me, keeping me assured of the status of the project. Bless this man for the rest of his days, he stayed late on Friday to get my data to me as well. Raven Computer and Jason recovered my data in less than 2 days and at a price so incredibly reasonable (less than the mortgage payment I had been quoted somewhere else)! From start to finish, the team here were so wonderful and reassuring to work with, I cannot recommend them enough.

Raven team will get you straight. Quickly!I called on a Saturday night when I realized my computer was almost completely unresponsive. I was greeted at 9 am with a call from Jason at Raven to see if I still needed help. He talked me through the possible solutions and had me sorted out by the end of the day! Plus he called with updates throughout and he and his team always greeted my slightly frantic calls with pleasant professionalism.When your living is your laptop, fast and affordable computer help makes a huge difference. I now feel like I have a new machine that is operating better than when I purchased it - plus, and he didn't advertise this, I am certain he cleaned and polished my Mac up to boot. It's great feeling like you have tech folks who can help you figure things out and I am eager to return to Raven with other projects I need help with

I have been a Raven client for 8 years now, Jeff and Hooman are saints, really. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I have never been disappointed with their services or the products I have bought from them. I recommend anyone in SoCal to go to their shop and only their shop, that is how good they are. Unbelievable customer service! In a good way! I've used them a couple other times and they were able to resolve my issues quick within 24 hours and at a very reasonable cost. They are super friendly and very attentive to your concerns. Being technologically inept, I know it can probably be frustrating to be those guys and listen to someone like me babble about what they think is happening.I just brought my sister’s laptop in. It was running very slow, and many programs wouldn't open. The laptop was only a year old and minimally used so something was fishy. They ran a free diagnostic test and hard drive test and determined it was the Norton antivirus that was bogging it down. Since Windows already comes with an antivirus, they just uninstalled Norton and it runs great! They didn't even charge me a dime!I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Jason and the Raven team.

Just when I thought all was lost a neighbor recommended Raven. I cannot thank them enough!!! I woke up, turned on my computer to a blue screen that said my hard drive failed or was failing. I just started to cry and then I asked for help. Thankfully my neighbor had used Raven before and sent me the number. They had me bring it right in and worked their magic in just a few hours! I cried when I picked it up only this time out of happiness! My heartfelt thanks to Jeff and all the guys and girl at Raven for their efficiency, knowledge, good humor and especially their kindness. Raven Computers is the gold standard for customer service. I don't know how they train their people, but all businesses should do as well. Been using them for years. If you've got AppleCare, bring it here instead of enduring lines at the Apple Store. Whatever the problem is, they're cheerful and courteous, they're competent and get the job done.

I run a law firm in Encino. For the past 8 years we have had multiple "IT guys" who kept our 25-person office "up and running."
