I’ve been going to this Ralph’s for months now, but what we found in our dog food is crazy . MOLD!? if we have never spotted this mold our dog could’ve ate it and who knows what would happen? There was mold almost everywhere and it wasn’t even expired .

You call customer service by phone and they never pick up. I've been waiting for an hour listening the the phone call them and they just won't answer me. Don't expect help from this store unless you walk in.

This Ralphs is fortunate enough to gain the business from one of the Valley's most well known high schools located directly across the street. The food is good but ambience can be chaotic before and after school. The staff works hard but not always friendly. Especially the security guard who will follow and harass your children for shopping while Black. All parents be aware of the racial profiling Ralphs allows and take your business elsewhere. Two stars for peace and love!

We entered the store me and my friends were looking around. We noticed the security guard following us but we didn’t care because we weren’t stealing. We were curious and walked out with two things. He proceeded to follow us near the entrance. He said “all that walking for sushi.” Then said to his employee “those are the girl who kept walking around.” Why is he worried about what we’re doing. We felt so discriminated. Made us feel very uncomfortable.The security is a white/Caucasian man. This happened around 3pm, 03/13

Rude. Good food selection. Constantly day stocking hard to move around especially produce. Asked for our id for non alcoholic beer. Huh Not very friendly just very combative.

One of the worst Ralph's I've been to. Didn't have anything I needed. Not a single gluten-free bakery product. And the customer service was horrible and the manager was nowhere to be found. The teller was extremely rude, and the employees had no clue on even what they had in the store. Super unorganized.

Clean store. Employees are pleasant. Nobody bothers me about coming in with my dog even when she's a little bratty.

I really like Ralph's grocery stores but this one in particular always has their shelves stocked and very rarely is there something that I can't find or they are out of an item I am looking for.

It is alright store overall, but the last time Iwent in and got some muffins. There was a muffin that was half eaten and still on the trey.That is disgusting, and a health Hazzard
