This is the best carwash in the whole valley i drive from north hollywood to just wash my car here because they are professional and have good customer service.2nd they are good on deals they have such as early bites special 3 off any carwash package they have.3rd hand wax deals and clay-bar deals are off the off as well.be sure to check out this place to wash your car you won’t be disappointed.

There was $2 surcharge for SUV on the receipt. My car is a subcompact Chevrolet Bolt EV. The guy that wrote the ticket gave me such a hard time before pulling out $2 from his own wallet. It's not about $2. Just the whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth.

Proud American Carwash Woodland Hills somehow scratched the hood of my Volvo XC90 and then refused to review the camera footage with me to prove it was them and not pre-existing. Owner Nick Nikakhtar left me a psychotic voicemail saying it could not have been his employee's fault because he "washes Lamborghinis" and that reviewing the camera footage was a waste of his time. Sure Nick...keep washing those imaginary Lambos. Meanwhile your guys scratched my car and many others. You should just admit that you have damaged my car and many others, use your insurance to make it right, and maybe train your guys to slow down a little and take their time. If you want your car to not be damaged go somewhere else. Pure down the street usually does a good job.

Hey guys i dont recommend this place at all first thing right out the front they pushed me to buy their expensive package but only thing i wanted was normal wash then after they told me the car is ready i found out they didnt do anything just made it look clean i told them about it and I specifically told them inside is dirty they didn't understand and made me wait 1 hour and they washed my car again never ever coming back to this place again

On February 8th around 1:00pm I came to get a car wash and the thing that goes around my tire came off and my bumper became loose after the car wash, I ask to speak to the manger and all he had to say was my car was already damaged ( nothing is wrong with my vehicle). He was very disrespectful and refused to give me his name or talk to me and walked off. I have been waiting for 3 hours for the police to come and make a police report all for a 10.00$ car wash. Do not come here they don't care about your car just the $$$.

I am not one to really leave bad reviews, but it is so true that a really bad experience will push you to do it. Not only did my leftover lunch get throw away (this was put in a pile with my dog's things so that none of that was touched), but my car came out like the bottom half was not even touched. My car is white, so you can see all the black dirt that is sitting all over my car. He told me my car was ready, and it was horrific. I sat and cleaned my car myself for 15 minutes after he said it was done. I also had to remind him to dress my tires and do the air freshener. Then I go to complain to the owner, and he was SO rude. Telling me, "look how busy we are." What does that mean to me? Take longer, that's fine, but half ass? Absolutely not. Work on your customer service, and when you're busy, your customers know the wait will be longer- don't cut the quality of your work. Surprised people still come here. Thank you to Chris for trying to find out what happened.

Been going to this car wash since 2016! Got some good guys working here....We live in West Hills now but we still take our cars here to get cleaned.....out of the way but worth it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Pricing is horrible. Was completely overcharged. A "mini detail" is $130. Includes shampooing, hand wax, ect. I was charged $140 for a hand wax ($70)on top of my Hollywood. ($41) which comes out $111. This guy came with number of $180 but brought it down to $140 giving me a "deal". Car was vacuumed only ,door panels where barely wiped, dash is half shine/ zero shine. I saw them launch my car into the drive through wash machine( @1:38pm). Hand wax was super sloppy. Swirls and missed spots throughout the car. Wheels weren't wiped down. F this place.
