Phil in tools is working his butt off today. People might complain about the wait, but let's not forget he didn't choose to lock up all the tools, that's a Home Depot policy because of thefts. He helped every customer with grace and patience. Perhaps Home Depot could staff another person to help because Phil had to walk each person to check out and that is very time consuming.

This review is for Britt, gal , Gustavo , Roberto ( guy with gauges) I came in here today looking for a little mini fan that can charge your phone and also had a flash light Each and everyone of these employees showed amazing customer service. They never gave me attitude and they always directed me to the right department Gal and Gustavo brought down the product for me I really appreciate it so much I took to of the mini fans home and I left a happy customer. Thank you guys

Solid place i have been coming for years because I am a contractor. The worker Jenny is really nice at the contractor check out section. There is plenty of parking.

I have been to the blinds department two times. Both times waited for over 30 minutes and left. A representative was page multiple times unsuccessfully. I sat at the desk. There was no sign that the department was closed or what lunch hours are. Horrible service

Once again as a business customer buying material through Pro Services at Home Depot I place an order for a digital timer a few days ago ($214) to be delivered to my home office. Home Depot claims that UPS delivered it today at 12:45 PM. I saw no such delivery made at 12:45 pm based on camera activities. When I call Home depot resolution department, Lou the rep tells me that I need to chase after UPS and resolve the problem with them or go to my bank and put a claim through my bank. It is ridiculous. All I need is another digital timer to be sent to a Home Depot location so I can pick up and deliver to my client. But instead he offers no resolution whatsoever and he says I have to place an order for another unit and pay for it. If I treated my clients that way I would be out of job. It is irresponsible of Home Depot to treat me this way. All they have to do is look up my account to see how much I spend per month with them. I am sorry to say it is time to look elsewhere to make purchases. Lowe's is a little far from me but I will try. Amazon is always available too. But I was hoping I could purchase locally. There is always the electrical supply houses around me that I can shop from. Very angry and sad

Absolutely no staff. We just sat in the blinds section for over a half hour and asked about 6 times for them to page someone to blinds and no one ever came. We then asked the 7th staff member who finally told us there's no one here working the blinds section tonight. Would have been nice if anyone working there that heard 6 pages to blinds could have just told us a half hour ago. We ditched our full cart and we won't be coming back. Lowe's seems like a better option for our fixer upper.

I popped in here earlier today to buy a new fridge water filter, but there were none on the shelves of the brand I needed. I asked for help and Michael was very helpful and friendly and offered to help me. He double-checked the shelves for me and then took the time to check in the back, and he found it, saving me time having to drive to another store! This kind of excellent customer service is rare nowadays, so kudos Home Depot for hiring Michael, you've got yourselves a true gem!!

Cool take on sushi from the vegan point of view. Very tasty and creative confabulations of vegan ingredients with an almost modern art visual presentation in some cases. Whether your taste leans more toward Mondrian or Kandinsky, these well-crafted dishes will likely hit the spot. (No, I didn't just say that :-) Note that this place gets wildly busy, so there may be a wait.

I was looking to buy some light switch steel and plastic cover plates but was looking for awhile until I found them in two separate aisles. They had a good assortment and a few different types in stock. Then came the check out line which they only had one cashier and the self check out long line. It's Saturday when most customers are out and about shopping but no cashiers available for all the customers.

I do understand you are a large corporation and perhaps it is far from being in your hand to adjust the posted store hours on your own website, i live in thousand oaks and was finishing up on a plumbing repair to my home, as of 7:44pm i checked online and the website clearly indicted all home Depot stores in my vicinity had already closed, being that it is December 24th Christmas eve. Now i realize that basic business management practices have been compromised and indeed like so many organizations home depot is no exception the shine has become dull and we must lower our standard of expectations, any way ill come back monday.

What a fuckin joke , Juan from HD sales just called me from 818 822 2801 , asking if I wanted to buy a Tuff Shed , and they'll throw in a free upgrade roof and floor . I'm using out the one in the column B road but while I was here on this visit and I come here a few times a week this lady that seems like she's all over the store or seems to talk down to people and it's really rude. I was late for work standing alone patiently and this lady brought people up in front of me without even asking and justhing and just wave your hand at me like whatever ever you don't treat your customers like that she was really rude Her name is Maxine and she needs an attitude adjustment because you don't need to talk to your customers the way you do

I have been trying to reach ANYBODY from customer's support for an hour - Rings forever and when you can hear the store background noises, it hangs up on you. I received an email telling me that part of my order was ready for pick up on Saturday 15th of October with the mention : to be picked up before Friday 14th... I have no signs of my money back either... The Home Depot: "Always Disappointing" should be their motto.

Orlando has always provided me with exceptional customer service. I am remodeling an entire house, he's been most helpful with facilitating all my special deliveries. While waiting for some things from back., I've noticed that many of his colleagues rely on his knowledge for processing and providing other customers needs. He seems to be an extremely knowledgeable and patient person. I would definitely recommend him for future promotion.
