All the good reviews posted for this POSTNET owner are true and more. The owner is always courteous, professional, and helpful. He is a rarity in this day and age and getting to come across such a person is a privilege and a blessing for me. Good service is one thing but kindness is harder to find.

This "small business" is at the bottom of my hill. Over 14 months of living in Woodland Hills, I have probably been in 6 times. I went in at the end of January to mail a package to Bermuda. Always good service and since it's usually (always?) just the owner, you can tell he's hustling so no one is left waiting too long. I went in this past Tuesday - and get this -- The owner called me by my (very difficult) last name. Mr Anctil. Out of nowhere. BOOM. Like I live in a small town and get personal service. I was blown away and said as much. In today's world, being seen and made to feel like an important customer made my day. I will always be loyal to post net. (Oh and don't forget my PO Box!!!) Tim
