I have been using Postal Annex for at least 10 years. Kimmie the owner is beyond efficient, helpful, and super friendly. After youcome here once it is impossible to go anywhere else. They go above and beyond to help you. I am proud and lucky to be a customer.

The BEST shipping experience can be found at this PostalAnnex! I've gotten passport photos here, brought in bulky items to be shipping and dropped prepaid shipping items and we always receive the best customer service. 10/10 would recommend paying them a visit!

I needed my photo for my passport,It was super quick and easy and the cost was $16.00If I had waited to get the photo taken closer to the Passport Agency in Los Angeles, it would have cost about $30.00Plus all the ladies there were so nice!

I have been using this location for several years. Amy is the best. She is always so friendly and knowledgeable. She has mailed packages, envelopes and notarized several documents. I no longer live near here but always wait and mail packages when I'm in the area. This place is a gem and I miss the level of service they provide.

The lady who works on Saturdays (I believe her name is Amy) is the most customer oriented, friendly, welcoming, helpful and kind shipping center employee I've ever come across. The owners of this location are very fortunate to have her, she takes so much price in what she does as if she was the owner....if I could give her 6-stars I would!
