“G provided amazing customer service and went over and above to help me ship my mail. He was very patient during the rush of closing time and made sure I had everything I needed. G is the best!”

“Let me tell you about an excellent experience i had at this shop. I am from Israel and i am new to this neighbourhood so i came to make some keys and it was amazing. The hospitality and the generosity of this man Dimitris is unbelievable.Great key cutting and great prices on mail box rentals.”

“KAREN is just AMAZING! I went to this store for a fingerprint, how friendly, helpful and skilled she was. After I missed my appointment because of lack of knowledge and horrible customer service at the Moorpark store, I highly recommend you all don't waste your time, even if you need to drive a little more to Simi Valley for the “Fieldprint”fingerprint appointment, just do it.”

“Never crowded, always helpful, which is saying a lot for the USPS these days. Whenever we have the time to drive a bit farther to drop off a package, we stop here.”

“This post office single-handedly revived my faith in USPS. Or, rather, my faith that trips to the post office can be pleasant. The two fellows that seem to be there most often are so effusively friendly and helpful! To the point where one of them, I believe his name is Jackie, got me something green to wear on Saint Patrick's Day so I wouldn't get pinched. We've since moved and I genuinely miss having those nice moments when I'd run errands. To those who can frequent this post office, please take some time to appreciate it!”

“Greatest Post Office on earth. Seriously, the entire team from Lupe to Daniel to Raul have allowed me to grow my business faster than I had ever hoped.Looking for a Post Office with actually super friendly employees and great service? Well, turns out it exists and it’s nestled nicely within Topanga. My only concern is that the team seems to be understaffed and overworked since the new Postmaster took over. The team works as hard as humanly possible, but there are still limits to what can be reasonably accomplished with only one or two employees at the front, especially as we approach the busiest time of the year for packages and mail.Thank you team!Andy”

“The postal ladies at the counter are super friendly and great at giving out information regarding local events and issues. Or just ask for directions. They are great source for local guides, restaurants, and shops. You can also find out about other cultures of your neighbors. Current local news where their family reside. Wonderful to see our world become smaller and closer together.”

“Donald and staff save my Christmas! Like any other man I waited for the last second for my Xmas shopping. I went on a break and my co worker closed the door from my job. The carrier came and marked my son's and wife's packages as business closed. I went to the post office and explained my situation to the clerk. She called Donald and he went above and beyond to get my packages. Thank you to the two ladies at the front and Donald”

“This is hands down the best post office I've ever been to. The customer service is top notch! The guy working there, (I don't remember his name but he's got a beard and he speaks Spanish) has the best customer service I've ever encountered at any post office. He treats everyone with a smile and is so nice when you ask him any question. The older lady is also soooooo helpful!! You guys need to give these people a pay raise because when I say this is the best I've ever been treated at a post office, I mean it!! Hell I live in Van Nuys and I'll drive the extra 20 mins just to go mail at this post office. The post office close to my house doesn't even compare to this one!!”

“I visit this neighborhood post office nearly every day to ship packages for my business. Since I do my shipping online, my prepaid parcels can be dropped right off at a convenient area just to the left of the normal service windows. So I'm usually in and out in a minute or two. Other times, I will need to ship internationally or have some special service done, so I confront the task of waiting in line.If you come at the right time, the place is literally empty as if it were out of business. Other times, you'll have a 15 minute wait. But this isn't unusual for any US Post Office these days. At least everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and pretty expedient. The one-way parking lot is pretty big and sometimes busy with people coming or going. If you just need to drop a few letters off, you can avoid parking lot all together and stay to the right when entering the parking lot. There's two large USPS bins available right from your car window.Just inside the main lobby, there are now two self service automated machines with scales and all to handle a lot of the typical services one needs. These service machines are available after hours. There's also a FedEx Express box just outside the building. Sometimes, when I am elsewhere in town and need to drop, I am reminded how happy I am with this local post office.”

“The lines are usually short but can be busy in the evenings. Usually, the last hour, they are open, but the line moves quickly. All the employees here are extremely helpful and always friendly. You can always buy postage and mail all letters, including priority mail, and you can even mail most medium-sized boxes and packages 24 hours and 7 days a week.”

“Postal service gentleman is friendly and helpful. PO closes between 1-2 pm on weekdays. Crowded parking lot. Watch out for unsafe motorists who make unsafe turns against the direction of traffic flow.”

“Sometimes, we don't know when we'll be needing a post office when not in our usual stomping grounds. Looking for one on the phone pulled up several in adjacent neighborhoods, so why not go to one in Calabasas, a very nice, wooded, and hilly neighborhood at Los Angeles's far western edge?I see that there's a spread in the reviews for the USPS in Calabasas, CA. We've all had some outlier experiences with post offices we regularly use. Some post offices are almost always marginal, but that's rare and can sometimes coincide with their area in general. I almost hate to say that. The Calabasas post office is in a strip mall. It shares parking with other merchants in this strip mall, but a parking space is likely to be found.I needed to send a small box using the USPS priority mail product. Their free boxes you obtain for this service are well designed - in how sturdy they are, in how easy they are to assemble, and even in how easy it is to remove the protective adhesive so that the box will seal. The price for this was just about $10.The gentleman at the counter was helpful and polite. He even added some extra tape at my request, even though the box probably would not have come undone. But why chance it? We made some small talk, given how uncrowded it was at the time, and we commented on how the SFV and the West Side of L.A. have changed over the years.I was told the parcel would arrive in 2 days. It got to its destination the following day! I'm giving this post office 4 stars because it's a small post office. However, it's clean and seems to function well. Now, let me add some pedantic fodder to this review. First, more so than any other section of the city of Los Angeles, SFV suburbs tend to use the name of the suburb (Northridge, Van Nuys, Sylmar, Studio City, etc.) on the mailing address, whereas West Side suburbs like Brentwood, Ladera Heights, and Miracle Mile use Los Angeles on the mailing address. However, if you were to send something to a SFV suburb and address it to Los Angeles - followed by the correct zip code - I'm pretty sure it would get there. Then, the word "calabazas," from which Calabasas was probably derived, means pumpkins in Spanish.”

“3/2/21Thank you for the new machine. I got to say is very practical to be able to withdraw money as soon as I get off of work. Even though sometimes the machine runs out of money. It gets quickly refilled. ?”

“My neighborhood post office. I often come here to drop off packages. This is a malls post office so there is might be a line, but the employees are always nice and efficient. I've never had a bad experience here. There is parking right in front, on Wilshire and in the back.”

“USPS Encino office one of the best post office I like to go because the staff are very customer service oriented. Luis is one of the employees who will always give you a smile to help you-very gratifying specially at a time when we do not trust dropping mail in the mailbox near our medical office. I wish they clone him. Also there is another lady employee (maybe Asian descent) who always helps me and is a very customer service oriented employee-i wish i remember her name. Sorry lady but you are a very good employee who gives the best service”

“This is my second time stopping by. The first one was not good at all. Probably it is because it's almost 5pm and they're closing soon. The male postal worker must be tired and he is not happy to answer inquiries. The second time, I came Friday afternoon. There was a line but it went fast. This lady named Sandra helped me to make the transaction easy. She explained to me in detail the differences regarding the amount of each mailing options. With that, it helped me a lot to decide. I agree with a fellow Yelper - Sandra has been a great. Recommended.”

“This post office just saved a stray Christmas present for me. The address was written wrong on the label making it undeliverable (user error on my or the shippers fault). After reaching out to the post office for help, they held the mail and worked with me to get it picked up. I am so grateful for their competency and consideration.”

“The ladies at the counter are the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. I went to this office for fingerprinting services. Machine had some minor issues, and it took several times to get my fingerprints taken. Not a great situation since I was in a rush. The lady who was helping me was patient, had such a positive attitude and handled everything with care. Got my results online the same day!”

“My neighborhood post office covers all my mailing needs. The clerks are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I will be happy to rate with five stars once headquarters spruces up the office. Perhaps start by replacing the glass doors.”

“I was very skeptical after seeing the reviews but decided to go because I needed to. I got to say the staff that was present when I went were awesome. Kamari especially. They were willing to help and it left me wondering why the bad reviews. Turns out the staff has changed.”

“Had another fantastic experience with the USPS passport services. Made an appointment in advance and, true to form, there was no waiting around - everything ran on time. The whole process was easy and smooth, and it was super convenient that they took care of the photos for us. This is the second time we’ve used their services, and both times have been seamless. Highly recommend for anyone needing passport services!”

“Oh wow. After reading all the reviews about packages not being delivered, I’m not sure if I should feel relieved that it happened to a lot of people too. I tried to be very understanding of whatever circumstance they are experiencing but for missing packages or undelivered to happen several times is unacceptable. The staff at this location aren’t really very happy with their jobs. They should retire or find a new job. Very seldom that they would act happy in serving you. I guess usps employees have that demeanor because it’s the same with the winnetka branch.***I’m still giving it 5star because Happy and Melissa are doing their job in following up and making sure you get your packages. I highly commend these two.”

“I was lucky enough to encounter the sweetest staff working here. It doesn't really matter how the reviews for these kinds of business go (I hope), but in case they do I wanted to just highlight the service here. These workers are efficient and want to get you the help you need. I have been coming here to pickup some packages that missed me, and I have never had a real issue here.I have yet to use their services in terms of sending mail, but I do see that they have a very straightforward system in place for people who are sending mail out.I did have difficulty using the USPS website to reschedule sending a package to my address, but honestly it was much better just going in person to pick up. That is why I don't think technology will ever truly replace us. A person will always be valuable to a company.”
