I typically have good service here - I might bring my business to Beverly Hills moving forward because I came in for a really petty service, it was a speaker rattle which the Macans are notorious for (mostly they get blown out you can google it) and I was told my warranty wouldn't cover it because it expired but I've only had my car for a year and five months (it is a current lease on a pre-owned car so I am the second person to lease it) and was told the warranty on the car was extended for everything (from Beverly Hills where I purchased) but your service department wouldn't honor that. It was a 330$ charge and I know for that petty of a price it would've been comped at another dealership especially because I have an extended warranty which should cover it regardless, I haven't even had the car for two years or three years. I don’t want to take my business calls in my car on speakers that rattle shouldn’t even be happening in this caliber of a brand period. I’ve had all sorts of luxury vehicles and never ran into this issue ever. Ultimately not really the service I expect from a high end dealership.

I bought my car here years ago and the process was smooth and my sales representative was very nice and patient. I had the pleasure to get my car services here and Liz was my advisor, and was very amicable and down to earth. I am very devastated that she's no longer working here. She was the best! However, I came hear Monday to the brand new location, that just opened some weeks ago just a few miles down from the old location on Ventura. I needed some new windshield wipers, so soon as I drove up to the host outside they helped me immediately! Elite fast service as usual when I do come. They installed my my wipers for me very fast and professional. The new location is a beauty and very modern. The interior is amazing and elegant when you walk in. The restrooms are very nice and have good technology. I do recommend here if you're looking for a new car and good service advisors. -Marshay

I've been working with Marilyn for many years and each time we've done a deal she's been consistently amazing. She is always super responsive, gets great deals, and always follows through on her word. I buy a lot of cars, and it is very rare to come across someone like her in this industry. I always recommend her to friends and family and will continue to do so.

UPDATE 01/31/2024 Wanted to take a moment to update my review. Previously, Scott the GM did reach out to me to hopefully get my itwo ssues resolved and explained how I might have slipped thru the cracks & how they setup preventative measures to correct this. He did want me to bring my vehicle in to get my concerns taken care of. I waited about 6 weeks and I decided to call my advisor Kris who had Mario from service immediatly call me and schedule my service, because two more issues arose. PWH made it very convenient and easy to drop my car off and get into a loaner. 1. One item is a non issue and is simple maintenance getting taken care of. 2 Two items were small and should be covered under CPO because they are relatively two small defects that should have been visible to me at pick up, but due to the fact I purchased the car in the evening it slipped by me until the next day, my fault and lesson learned. 3. The 3rd is a larger one, but is an obvious warranty repair due to a defect in workmanship and there are hundreds of owners covered in full under their CPO warranty. I am waiting too hear back since I just dropped my vehicle today, but am confident all my concerns will be taken care of. I just wanted to say that Scott (GM), Kris (BA), and Mario (SA) are true professionals and take the time and effort to make sure their clients are truly satisfied. Thank you Mike G

WOW WOW WOW! I loved every second working Nicolas and Marilyn! They are both so caring and soooo loving. They did everything for me and I felt so respected and so appreciated. I've been shopping for a 911 for a long time and decided to schedule a test drive with Josch. He was very responsive and helped schedule a time that worked for me, as well as taking information about what I was specifically looking for. All communication was prompt and professional. When I got to the dealership, which in and of itself was impressive at their new location, Josch showed me to the car right away and off we went. He provided thorough explanations of all relevant features and taught me a few things I didn't know about the car. Once I decided to purchase, he sped the process along very quickly, and worked on configuring the car for me while I was working with finance, who were also helpful and fast. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Josch and the rest of the Woodland Hills team. I will be a repeat customer in the future.

I just purchased my first Porsche from Sofia at Porsche Woodland Hills and I absolutely love it. Sofia was super helpful in getting me the perfect car for me and very attentive throughout the entire process. Even delivered it home to me on New Year's Eve! The entire team was pleasant to deal with. Ryan Huffman and Scott Stanley were patient, understanding, and went the extra mile to get me a deal that works for me!
