I took my puppy (Bruno) to Petco on May 23rd, 2024 for a simple trim in the private area, but the groomer, Kim, left several cuts on his tail and removed half of the fur. I didn't notice this until I saw my puppy continuously licking his tail. Kim failed to mention anything about the cuts to my puppy before I left. This resulted in a waste of the $41 Petco grooming fee and a $10 tip.
Upon further inspection, I found multiple cuts on my puppy's tail, along with significant fur loss. This has left my cute puppy looking unsightly on his tail and back. I will not be returning to this Petco location for grooming services again. The poor experience and damage done to my pet is unacceptable.

Friendly and helpful staff.
This location is always stock and rarely out of any supplies.
They allow you to bring your pets in and have tester treats.
The also have events where outside organizations bring in pets for adoption.

Loved the customer service, knowledge, and overall vibe of the store. I got to pet a guinea pig for the first time! Glad to see the construction is over.

Animals kept in horrendous conditions :( over stocked aquariums and terrapin tanks, reptile tanks filled with uneaten live food and co habbed, small animals in tiny cages...
would not recommend
