I just got married 2/18 in a dress I bought from pebbles bridal. When I bought the dress, I expressed my concern with wanting to size down. I had been losing weight (not specific for my wedding, I had gotten off medication that had caused weight gain). I was so worried about the ability of my dress to be tailored due to the style if I lost more weight.They insisted I buy a size UP, due to being in-between two sizes.I went to my first fitting and there were probably 200 pins in my dress. The tailor was able to make it mostly fit, but the center of the dress never quite fit right. I did not ever love the dress the way I first fell in love with it. She really did an amazing job making it work. But it cost me an additional almost NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I was very clear about my budget and had even anticipated a sizable amount for alterations, but I had no idea I would have to spend 1/3 the cost of my dress to have it fit me right (and ultimately not quite right).The manager was so persistent on me sizing up. I spent way more money than I was comfortable with but didn’t really feel like I had a choice. Way more money on a dress that just never quite fit right. And for $3k spent, my dress should’ve been better.3 stars, mostly because the seamstress was somehow able to work magic and make it work, and she was great. But I only ultimately liked my dress and just didn’t feel nearly as pretty as I should’ve after spending that much money. I wish I had sized down or found a better dress.

Let me first off say that i started my day by going to another bridal boutique in Glendale that set the bar high. My party & i were greeted with champagne and the vibe was very luxurious & professional inside. The ladies would set the dress down and i step into it. So pebbles was our second stop of the day. They were late to start my appointment which is fine so we start to browse. They rudely came and told us not to look around and be seated. We all thought that was very odd, we got to look around at the last bridal store so we knew this wasn’t industry standard. We weren’t greeted with any champagne at any point. There’s no mirrors in the changing room which i didn’t like and the girl helping me would just hand me the dresses to change into which can be more difficult than just stepping into it. All she did was zip me up. I really liked some dresses from both places and set up appointments to go back to just try on the favorites. I had only 1 dress i loved at pebbles and they didn’t have any appointments for me but i begged them up just squeeze me in that i didn’t need more than 10 min to just try on one dress. The day comes and i ended up saying yes to the dress at the other store so i called pebbles 2hrs before my time to let them know i couldn’t come. She says she has to charge me the $50 cancellation fee. Even though this wasn’t a standard 90 min appointment. I then say fine I’ll come in then and she goes well you already told me you don’t want to come in so we’ll be charging the card according to the cancelation policy. Like damn ok?? $50 because i didn’t come try on one dress? it wasn’t a normal consultation. The first bridal store has a $35 service fee but waived it for the second appointment for me to retry on dresses because it wasn’t a standard appointment. They have great customer service. Pebbles should take notes.

I’m so happy I found Pebbles Bridal! It was very intimidating for me not having a crazy large dress budget and I was pleasantly surprised they had so many options not only in my range but that were the vibe I was looking for. I found my dress online and HAD to try it on which is what brought me to pebbles. I didn’t think I wanted a veil but staff member Danielle brought out this veil and my mind was instantly changed, I had to have it. From my first appointment to my final fitting the staff was kind and attentive. I got my alterations done on site and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Coming from a less than great experience at another bridal salon, I called Pebbles slightly panicked. I was hoping to get squeezed in last minute, since my maid of honor was in town from NYC just for the day. They were able to see me dispute traffic making it take longer than anticipated to get there. The consultant Nicole was so helpful, she listened to everything I said and pulled SO many dresses for me (even though there was only 30mins until closing). It was my first day looking at dresses and I needed to sleep on a few styles, but I 100% intend on going back next week to have an full appointment . There were SO many options here I’m confident I’ll find the ONE

Luckily this was not my first bridal appointment because they are the reason I had been putting off going shopping for a while. I went elsewhere first and I will be going back there, never here again. First off they require a $50 deposit just to walk in there which you do not get back and is not listed anywhere on their website and they use it as credit only if you buy something from them, which after this experience I'm really annoyed they have $50 from me. The stylist had zero idea what I and my family were telling her I wanted and out of the huge selection they did have, somehow never came close to what we were telling them. They also never offered for us to go and look around. Never offered to see the dress bustled, it almost seemed like she didn't want to come near me. I changed in a very small corner with a curtain by myself and then came out and she would cinch me up. Also there is no mirror for you to see yourself before deciding to walk out and show your entourage, there is just a blacked out window to see your reflection in that they call a mirror. both the stylist and manager were so prude that we felt unwanted there. If there is a manager reading this, I would love to get my $50 back because I will not be coming back to this establishment even for accessories. Very upset I chose to even try this location and I will go back to my first spot who were more than excited to receive a call back from me and made me feel wanted.

We had such an amazing experience at Pebbles new store! I got my dress at the old store several years ago and came with my sister and MIL here recently. Rachel was AMAZING! We had so much fun, she made us laugh the entire time. Extremely knowledgeable about the dresses and completely engaged. We went to a few other appointments previously and they didn’t acknowledge the guests of the bride at all. They kept showing us dresses that were not what we were looking for, just awful. In the words of Miss Rachel “Girl, I don’t like it, can I tell you why” LOLRachel was so sincere, patient , HONEST and just brightened up the whole experience for us. If she didn’t have to work she could’ve joined us for brunch! Thank you guys!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rachel did an amazing job picking out dresses that fit my style and that I loved! She explained everything about the different dresses so well and helped me choose a beautiful wedding dress!

While I ended up not getting my dress from here, I truly loved the experience these ladies gave me. I went by myself at first, and was super self conscious about how I looked in one dress, and was kind of fixated on that instead of enjoying the experience. They were lovely, and put me in some incredible dresses. Unfortunately, I had found another dress that was the one, but had I not, I probably would have gone with one of the two dresses pictured. Couldn't recommend this place more for the service as well as for the price!!

I thought I found THE dress at another store before coming to Pebbles but I'm so glad I didn't settle. Susie is the best - she changed my mentality of 'dress shopping' to another level. She was pulling dresses for me to try on within minutes of me showing her pictures of what I was looking for. Susie and her team are amazing, can't thank them all enough!

In theory, dress shopping is so fun -- but in practice, it can be exhausting and kind of emotional. You want to balance your budget with your expectations, you want to look good but you notice every physical flaw in the mirror, and you have just so many choices to make! Susie was an absolute angel in making this process fun again, so professional and patient -- it was a dress success! I can't recommend this shop enough.

Didn't have a good experience. My daughter made an appointment and gave all her requirements, however none of dresses met those requirements. The girl helping was not knowledgeable at all.

I went to 6 bridal stores until I found the right one here at Pebbles! Susie was very helpful and saved me by allowing me to purchase their sample dress. Our wedding was moved up and I would have never been able to order a dress in time. Service is great. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. They have such a great selection of dresses and I found a dress that is super unique and felt like me. I'm pretty allergic to "bridal fashion" and didn't even think I wanted a traditional wedding gown, but they carried the Burton Gown by Maggie Sottero that was exactly my style.Everything from the fitting, to the alterations, to the veil was handled so well. Sarah, Skye, and Suzie are all amazing and so kind and were really personable throughout the process.A lot of bridal salons I went to were super up-tight and weird, or like oddly cheesy, and Pebbles was super classy, you felt special, but it also wasn't over the top "fancy" where you felt like you couldn't breathe in the room. They are kind, down to earth, super helpful, and have a great selection. 10/10 recommend!

Let me set the scene. My sister's wedding is in 6 months, and she had barely started dress shopping, and it was making me nervous. I flew my little sister from NYC to try on wedding dresses for a whirlwind weekend. I booked us at about 6 locations over two days (I know, crazy, but we needed to find a dress ASAP). Pebbles Bridal was our 4th stop the first day, and we were exhausted and overwhelmed by all of the options. The manager, Susie was a breath of fresh air. She masterfully asked meaningful questions, which significantly helped my sister articulate what she was hoping to find in a wedding dress. She found plenty of options for my sister to try on, and answered all of our questions about fit and design details. Susie was extremely patient with us, and seeing that we all had hit our max that day, she gently asked us if we wanted to come back with fresh eyes two days later. After some much needed sleep, we returned and were greeted with the same excellent service. We were elated that we found her a dress! I can not recommend this shop enough. Thank you so much for making this potentially stressful task a wonderful experience for all of us. I will definitely be returning to shop for my wedding dress in a few months.
