Great people go out of their way to help you, and if they don't have what you want, they call around to try to find it we bought quite a few items from them and always been happy and they've always come and deliver on time and basis

I purchased an outdoor dining set several months ago. The table was in stock. The chairs were "on their way". Several attempts to get specifics about when the chairs would arrive went unanswered, and they did not arrive. Since the Patioworld policy requires chairs to be purchased with all tables, I could not convince them to let me purchase the table and go elsewhere for the chairs. As a captive customer" I waited, but then realized I needed to look for another product. I chose different chairs that were in stock and found a table that matched the chairs. I gave up on the table that I really wanted. The set was delivered last week. The table could not be leveled until I gave the men a yardstick because they had no resources on the truck. The umbrella base did not arrive and the hole for the umbrella did not have a ring to keep it in place. Needless to say, I am a very unhappy and captive customer. The delivery team will return this week. I am hopeful (with reservation) that theall the issues will be resolved. If not, you'll hear from me again.

I purchased outdoor furniture on April 19th and spent over $7k. There was one piece on back-order an outdoor end table. I've been following-up but to no avail. Last week I called the saleswoman (Angie) that helped us. She told me she would reach out to the furniture manager in Irvine and get back to me within a day or two. I still haven't heard back from her. I expected better customer service from a high-end business.

This is the place for patio furniture. Ask for Pasqual. She knows the products and will help you with your order and arrange delivery. We have purchased quite a few pieces from her over the last few years and the quality of the furniture and the entire purchasing experience are outstanding.

Expensive patio product fell apart in less than 2 years - no customer support, no response!!! I bought chaise loungers that were extremely expensive from Patio World in Woodland Hills California. In less than 2 years, even though they were covered up and stored inside in winter, the top layer of fabric on the seating area came away from the underneath and became loose threads. I spoke to Patio World who directed me to their warranty dept. They said it was not covered. They referred me to the manufacturer who did not respond to my calls or emails. They have terrible write ups online and after I have spent over $2,000 on furniture I was told would last a long time, I am disgusted and upset that nobody will take accountability for poor workmanship and product.

The good: The items here are made of great quality and they offer various options that include sturdier/larger pieces and lightweight compact items. It is higher end and is definitely for those who want to splurge with their outdoor decor. I liked the expandable table options and large outdoor umbrellas. The woman here was helpful and offered check-ins during our browsing. The bad: The items here are very expensive. The average chair here for a patio dining set is $300. They were more expensive than all other patio furniture items I saw at other stores likes All Modern, Lowes, etc. There was only one table there that wasn't a neutral color. It was bright red. The store was smaller than I expected. They had no sale items or deals going on. The interesting: They have multiple locations all throughout California.

I really do not know how they stay in business. I have been in the store 2x to look at patio furniture. Staff seem to sit there at the register and do not seem very motivated to sell. I expressed an interest in a table but staff was sort of a take it or leave it attitude . While not rude , they seem disinterested. If I was the owner I would hope that the staff would try to make a deal asking more questions , taking customer names etc.

This place is the best patio places i've been to. Jessie is amazing. if you want someone that is knowledgeable and knows what is the right design/fit for your patio. He is very helpful and direct. Thank you so much Jessie!!!! I would recommend patio world.

This review is for the salesman helping us and for the quality of the Teak and Sling Dining chairs we received as well. I sadly forgot his name but I've attached a photo of him so you know who to seek out if you want great customer service and he is very knowledgeable about products and very patient as we could not make up our minds and I asked lots of questions. He wore face mask at all times and kept his distance and he also had sanitizer available. We ended up purchasing 3 Teak and Sling Dining chairs for our table outside. They were delivered about 5 days later to the store and he placed them in our vehicle. I must add that he kept his cool when there were impatient customers being rude and repeatedly asking same question, which was very annoying as they didn't want to wait until he was done helping us. There is lots of parking right out front. They have lots of outdoor furniture. We will be back for an Unbrella for our pool area and hopefully we get this salesman. Patio should really be grateful that they have this salesman that represents them very well.

What a wonderful store! I was looking for new patio cushions and found exactly what I needed there. Jesse was amazingly helpful, both over the phone (during my search) and when I came to the store. Terrific experience all around!! And a fantastic selection!

I visited the store at 11/23/19 around 15:00.The salesman didn't approach and greet us.We asked questions he answered reluctantly He was ultra RUDE.I went there to buy , we liked the furniture (it was about $3900 )But changed our mind leave the storeHe even did not care.Fortunately we find the better one cheaper.

The store is very nice but I’m surprised that they can still be in business with the price of their furniture. They also had very limited pillow selection and certain prices were sold as is.
