I have been using Palmieri cleaners for many many many years when I lived near by nd when I moved a few miles away. I love working with them. They are very thorough very meticulous and polite. They are even doing things for your GARMENT you didn’t even expect - like sewing a button or amending the garment lining that you didn’t even know was-burst open… I mean I was touched by this ! That is why I love them. ! Being in fashion design I know how much attention you need to do something like that thank you THANK YOU ?

Great day cleaning location with friendly service. I had a suit dry cleaned in about 3 days, but if you need a quicker turnaround time you can always ask. Suits (jacket and pants) cost $21, and shirts are $4 each.

Damaged my $4000 jacket by WASHing it with SOAP and it shrank badly. Asked for compensation and they tried to blame it on me. I never washed it with water and it smelled soapy when it was returned to me. It’s difficult to ask them file a claim as they were extremely unhappy to do so, and their insurance company never contacted me afterwards.

Too expensive. Too slow. And they did a horrible job on my dry cleaning. Go any place else but here.

They are the best joan rocks great job timely and super service yesterday I dropped off some things Joan noticed I had a button loose on the leather jacket I was wearing and she sewed it on properly on me I probably would have lost the button my wife and I are clothes ponies and Joan takes care of us we are lifers with her

I have taken many items to Palmieri for alterations from jeans to formal gowns and my boyfriend's dress shirts, jeans, and suits. The ladies at Palmieri are very detail oriented, honest, and warm! Their work is fantastic and their pricing can't be beat!

Had a great three years here until recently. I noticed a bunch of small black spots on my laundered shirts and I brought it up with them. I brought one of the shirts back for a "redo" and instead of apologizing, she accused me of soiling the shirts! Mind you, I noticed the spots as soon as I took the plastic off to get dressed for work. I was in utter shock that she would accuse me, when all I was doing was giving her another chance to make it right. It's been a few weeks and I still get upset every time I think of that moment... she also held onto the "redo" shirt for two weeks and finally called me saying that it looked "beautiful". It wasn't, spots that they put there were still there. I'm also in sales/customer service and this is not how you treat a loyal client; you own up to your mistakes. I've been nothing but kind to her this entire time and I've even offered her Starbucks from next door. I've parted ways with this place and found a new spot in the area that's way better and much more professional.

Have been going to this dry cleaner my whole life and I wouldn't have it any other way! Joan is so sweet and I can always count on her for anything, whether that's stitching up my work pants when I rip them at the seam or sewing a button back on them! I highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs!
