I can’t say enough about Overnight PC and Mac Repair. My mother had a serious issue with her laptop, which was diagnosed correctly and a series of different approaches were used to resolve the issue until it worked.
It was refreshing to feel valued and not patronised - it was definitely customer first. They also were able to speak in layman’s terms that was clear and understandable. Not only did we receive great customer service coupled with top notch expertise, we also felt that the price was very reasonable.
My mon’s laptop is working just fine and we are very happy now. Thanks to the team for all their help.

Everyone in the store is super helpful. I’m a student and they made sure to repair my screen same day so I could get to online class the next day. They seriously saved my ass, for a good price too. I went to a different place and it was $100 more expensive. The skinny Arabic gentleman is very nice. Get your stuff fixed here, do ur self a favor.

Shawn and his crew did an amazing job fixing my daughter's tablet that she threw in the bathtub. He gave me a better price than every other place I went to and fixed it right away. While I was there, he also fixed the charging port on my phone without a charge. Amazing work guys, thank you.

Yesterday, my granddaughter's MacBook Air stopped working. It turned out it needed a brand-new battery. When we called the Apple Store, we were told that it would take at least a week or longer to send it out for a new battery. My granddaughter had to have this computer in high school, and she could not be without it for even a day, let alone more than a week. Fortunately, I went to Google and discovered a company called Overnight Computer and Mac Repair. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Anthony and asked if he could get a battery and install it in my granddaughter's MacBook Air. His name is Anthony, and he could not have been nicer. He told me that he'd get a new battery overnight, and once he had it, he'd be able to install it on my granddaughter's computer in approximately time. I called him today, and he told me that the battery had come in, so I immediately went and brought the laptop to him. You told me installing the battery would take about a half hour. Less than 15 minutes later, he came to me with the MacBook Air, which had a new battery and was working beautifully. I asked Anthony what he charged for the installation, and I was shocked when he told me it was $20. In my opinion, I felt that $20 was unrealistic, so I gave him $50. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." if I could give this business ten stars, I would happily do so. Hi Heidi, I recommend anyone needing repair of their laptop, iPad, or any iMac. Do not hesitate to contact this company.

With an important business presentation to do in a few days, My laptop suddenly stopped working. Was referred to these guys by another tech company. I dropped it off in the afternoon. That night they called me with a more than fair estimate and said it would be ready the next day by noon. Yea, the st fast. Picked up next day at lunch and it was back to working great plus they tightened up everything so now my screen works better, no extra charge. Biz report went off stellar and it all started with having great tech support like these guys.

Going to overnight pc turned out to be such a great experience. The kindness, patience, knowledge and professionalism was the best. I cannot say enough as to how good they are. It's definitely a go to place for any repairs. It's not only computers. We worked on my watch, tablet and even apple car pay, and solved all the issues. Thank you so much!

A warning for all about Overnight PC and Mac Repair in Woodland Hills. Use this unscrupulous business at your own risk. In late March, I took the MacBook belonging to myself and my son to Overnight PC and Mac Repair on Ventura Blvd in Woodland Hills. I took it here because of the positive reviews. Over time, it became increasingly clear that this business was not only not going to give me back my computer "overnight", but it seemed like they weren't going to be giving it back at all. I called and called, and every time I managed to get the owner (Shaunt) on the phone, he at that very moment happened to either be working on my laptop, or he was awaiting necessary components which were allegedly on a boat coming from China(!) This went on for WEEKS. I even followed up with a message on Yelp, where I'd initially chatted with Shaunt. That went unanswered. After a couple months, I went in there with my 11 year old son, and Shaunt told my son "I wish I had it for you now, but don't worry it'll be just a few days! The hard drive is okay, in fact I took it out and it's sitting there next to the computer!" He promised my son it would be ready very soon and not to worry. More weeks passed by, and no word. I called again, and he kept asking leading questions about what was wrong with the computer, trying to be casual in his conversation but clearly trying to get info from me he could use in his answers, like some dime store psychic. He even told me one problem with the files was "you can't take the hard drive from this computer, it's just part of the mainframe, so you have to fix the computer before you can get the files off." I guess he didn't remember what he'd told my son about literally removing the hard drive and having it sitting next to the computer. I finally had enough of this, and said I would just come in and pick it up later. He sat down, looking very nervous, and said "Sure just give me a few hours." He calls me later that day, and says "Wow it's amazing, I'm getting power out of your computer and I can see the files on the drive and....maybe the issue was with the power cord? Do you remember what size laptop the cord was made for?" I could see what he was doing. More leading questions, trying to figure out how to answer me. I didn't actually remember the exact size, I told him I thought it was a 15" laptop. So I went back later with my son, and he handed over the laptop, and we left kind of quickly. Returning home, I realized it was a completely different laptop (a 15" macbook) and checking my photos and looking things up, I realized mine was a 13". I called back, furious, and left a message with the guy working the front desk. Shaunt called me back, (for the first time, he calls me!) saying it was definitely my computer. I said it was definitely not, and had photos of the previous computer to prove it. I photographed that computer he gave me, took down the serial number for future reference, and returned it. Now it's mid-November, almost eight months since I took the laptop there, and it's clearly gone. The business has been evasive and non-communicative. The subsequent times I've popped in, it's clear that Shaunt doesn't want to see me, or he acts like he's currently transferring the files onto a hard drive at the moment I happen to be chatting with him, or asks me if I've found the serial number (which to me is trying to figure out whether or not I'll recognize the computer he gives me as my own or not.) Well, having thought about it, it's his job to keep track of my computer and give it to me. And I don't think he has it anymore. My last visit, I checked in and he said that Andrew (his #2 guy) was working on it. And when I mentioned I thought I'd finally unearthed the serial number, he said I should bring it in to confirm it was my computer they'd been working on(!!), this after he'd already told me he saw the files I wanted hi

I gave my MacBook air for repair .. Worst worst worst .. I have never seen a shop like this in my life .. Complete betrayer .. He kept my laptop for Almost 4 months .. Everytime I call him he gives some random answers and sometimes he says it ready but when I go for pickup he says some issues .. I have seen similar issue someone posted in the comment .. He acts according to people .. Never Ever Shop .. If you don't believe my comment go ahead and donate it to the shop ..
