Just not overly happy. The nails shaping wasn't the best they really filed down my natural nails and didn't really give the look I asked for. The sides of my nails look terrible and will have to grow in now. None of them are even or the same. You can see the fill line also. I attached my inspo and what I got : / the Pedi was awesome but my hands not so much

I had been a loyal customer at this salon for over a year, mainly for bio gel and gel pedicures. However, the service quality has significantly declined in the past two months. My nail stylist kept changing, and I often found that the person I booked an appointment with was unavailable, forcing me to see someone else.
On my last visit, I specifically requested to be seen by the same stylist as before, but they claimed not to keep records and assured me I would be with one of their best. Unfortunately, Ryan, the stylist, was overly rough, and three of my nails bled due to his harsh cuticle cutting. To make matters worse, one of my nails became infected two days later while I was traveling, causing me significant pain.
This experience was unacceptable!

Horrible! Horrible!They are out of their professional staff. (No Brian, Mia, or Jessica. I used to go to this place about two years in a row, every two weeks. Unfortunately, they have changed almost all their staff. They did a sloppy job/nails second time,( nail polish on the skin and nails have the curved shape, no joke). Im very disappointed..

Horrible! HORRIBLE! They lost all their professional staff. I used to go to that place every two weeks, three years in a row. It's my second bad experience, so I wont be back. THEY PUT NAIL POLISH DIRECTLY ON THE SKIN!! THE VERY SLOPY JOB! I don't know why here is no option for the pictures, so I can't put the pictures of my Horrible pedi & mani!

This is the best salon in the valley! And they never disappoint me. Staffs are super friendly and professionals. They really take their time and are detailed oriented. They always try their best to accommodate my request every single time. I get compliments for my nail all the time cause I mean look at them!!! So pretty~~ I have organic bio gel and it stays for so long. And especially it barely breaks! Ben always update new trends so you will never have boring nails at Nails To Adore!

This definitely is my go to spot. I love Mindy on my toes. She does an amazing job EVERYTIME! Ryan did today's set & he did a great job! Hailey has done my nails before & she was just as great! Basically... I'll be back in two weeks ;)

Under new owner! This place was the best, not any more. They only care about profit, quality is terrible and all the good technicians are gone. Very sad

Some good manicurists. I love Kelli But too big. Don't honor appointments. Always take walk ins. Often have to wait 15-20 min or longer

I would give 5 start for the bio-gel, it's lasts a good amount of time and so do the pedicure polish. The only item in between 4 and 5 stars is you have to pay extra for the manicure portion if you get gel...manicures should be included all nail services. Manicures are not meticulous with the bio-gel. Also...not every nail tech is perfect at applying the bio gel which affects the time it lasts on your nails. With that said...Kelly is perfect at bio gel and I've been going for 5 months now. As far as pricing, they are no different than any other nail place...and it's always busy when I'm there. Sure mama bear up front is no nonsense but she's a busy lady too running a fast pace business. I once watched a woman complain at the end of the service after all 10 of her nails had been done that she wanted her nails filed differently, they had to take all the polish off and file everything again! At the end!

The BEST nail salon. I've been coming here for about 2 years and have only had good experiences. Amy has been doing my nails but if she is busy i trust anyone at the salon. The owner ben always will make sure you are satisfied. My favorite nail salon in the valley.

"Nails to Adore" is now "Nails to Abhor!"
This is a sad reminder of what happens when an absolutely wonderful business is bought and taken over by a second rate operator who cuts corners at every turn and who is completely indifferent to their customers.
Essentially, nothing is the same except the floors and the chairs!
Absolutely nothing is better and I cannot think of a singe improvement.
Everything that used to be "included" is now an "upcharge."
The "Bio-Gel" product they switched to burns clients with sensitive skin and they won't even let customers who are having bad reactions to the new product pay extra or get a credit for bringing in their own Bio-Gel that doesn't sting.
They will NOT honor gift cards bought before they took over the business... NEWS FLASH When you buy a business you assume both their assets and their liabilities...
They make you feel like a criminal if you want to pay with a credit card...
If one member of your family complains about anything, they will refuse to serve your entire family.
Ben's friendly welcome to every customer has been replaced by what I can only call indifference... This is definitely the salon you want to go to if you want to feel like you being there is an imposition/inconvenience.
P.S. About the only thing positive I can share is that "the huge drop in their business has freed up a lot of chairs for walk-ins"... then again, you have to ask yourself, "what do the people who stopped going to Nails to Adore know that you don't?
P.P.S. Don't be fooled by the huge amount of 5-Star Reviews in the summary... THE VAST MAJORITY ARE FOR THE PREVIOUS OWNER! Doubt me? Change your review filter to "NEWEST FIRST" and you will be blown away... plus or minus half of their latest reviews are 1-Star.
