Have had multiple items stolen here including packages, motorcycle cover, etc. Although there are cameras, nothing will be reviewed or done about it. Police don’t care if you file a police report, since there is plenty of other crime for them to do nothing about, so you have no recourse. If you want a safe place where you can trust your neighbors, find somewhere else.

My application is approved and I have not received a lease or anything else. I constantly call and send emails yet no response. The voicemail is full and I stop by today and one of the girls tells me oh we’re closed the next 30 min but someone will reach out. They don’t have the slightest care. I’m very disappointed because my initial interaction with mahagony was amazing

I moved into Motif Apartments in August,and I couldnt be happier.This apartment is just what my dog and me were looking for.The amenities at Motif are great.Off street parking ,2 pools ,an inside and outside gym,washer and dryer in every unit,with private balcony or patio.There is a fenced in dog park for my dog to run.I find the staff and residents to be very friendly.I can definately imagine Motif Apartments being my permanent home.

Living at Motif Apartments in Woodland Hills has been a great experience! Love the modern design, spacious units, and the amenities. The community is peaceful and feels safe. A big shoutout to Mahogani Woods for always going above and beyond. Highly recommend this place!

genuinely horrible management, you'll get over charged frequently for your lease, if you have a pet or a second car. management never replies so just lawyer up ahead of time

I am a tenant at Motif Apartment building in Woodland Hills, CA. On occasion I need some repair services inside my apartment. I would like to assert that Mr. Adrian who has been assigned to my apartment for repairs a few times, has been always quite professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I want to give a shout out to Jonny for being such a wonderful engineer. He takes the time to help each and every one of us. He and his staff are always working tirelessly to improve our community!!I have been a resident since the building was built. It has gone through lots of changes in management over the years. The property manager and staff, (been on site for about 6 years), have made huge changes in a positive direction. I love living here.I also love my apartment and you will too, if you decide to make The Motif your new home!

Recently I came into the office and spoke with Shaniqua regarding some questions about my lease. She referred me to Marty, the assistant property manager who was able to address your concerns. The entire team was extremely friendly and answered all of my concerns and truly went above and beyond to provide a pleasant experience. I definitely intend on renewing my lease because of their exceptional customer service.

Jennifer Choi who works in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. We had a small leak under our sink yesterday, we told her, and within two hours maintenance was there to fix the problem. When I called to say thank you, there was no answer so I didn't leave a message. She returned my call and said, "I see I missed your call. What can I do to help you?" We have never had such good customer service and are so grateful for the fast, courteous response. And I can't say enough positive things about Miguel Sanchez, who works in maintenance. He is the one who fixed our leak. He is always so nice and helpful, really friendly and cares about his job. He's been working here for a long time and is definitely one of our favorites. We love him! Employees like Jennifer and Miguel are why we will continue to stay at the Motif!

Love the building and my new neighbors! Everyone is so welcoming. Marty made my move into a new building nearly stress free. I'm very thankful he was able to make this process pleasurable.

I walked by motif yesterday and got interested. I found Jennifer and told her I wanted to schedule a tour. She was very kind and professional and immediately arranged an afternoon tour for us. The model room was very impressive, and the other rooms she showed us had very good plans. We especially like the tall doors and high ceilings. We made a decision right away and submitted the application. If you are interested in motif, don't hesitate to ask Jennifer to give you a great experience

Worst management ever, they just get your money and they do not care about anything, they don't respond to your requests, they don't fix anything and also the hallways are so dirty and smells really bad, I asked them to clean the hallways carpet and they responded that I can move to another apartment if I don't like here and they were so rude.

Horrible management horrible I will be reporting to corporate his attitude and the way he talks to people was extremely rude we had more than enough income first he said that I had no proof of income called my local bank they said his statement is false after I told him over the phone I spoke to the bank he put me on hold for 10 minutes and he changed his story not enough income my father owns 3 properties in California I mentioned to him we can bring taxes his words were Nancy you should of brought them earlier that’s why I will not accept your application he should really understand the way he speaks to people and his nasty attitude can get him in big trouble outside his work and in his job to be so rude to people he does not know on a positive note shaniqua was amazing someone should give her his position she had manners was very pleasant and such a good vibe

Martin what can I say he is extremely rude really should stop it before someone puts him in his place very unprofessional rude disrespectful at first I read all the bad reviews I thought it was crazy and still did not believe it until I experienced it I will pay for him to go back to school and learn manners how to treat people he gives the company a bad image his attitude is disgusting I will be looking into writing corporate a letter of how rude he is I'm glad ll my calls were made in my office I'm on speaker we're I have him talking so rude on video
