Good customer service but the girls have no clue about strains they just sale. In-house smoke is trash, smokes black not flushed well at all. Top shelf is ok and edibles are ok but it's all the known brands that all the other shops have. They close early .

So I have been to several different dispensaries over the years. But, this one by far has got to be my favorite!! Everyone who works here, even the security guard, are the nicest people! They answer any questions I have, they are so super friendly, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I always find myself in there just visiting because it's so welcoming and I always leave with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone and do!

Love this place, I was happy to meet and get help from Daisy!! I came in because my period cramps are unbearable, and she knew exactly what I needed, and was very clear if she thought a product wasn't gonna work for me. Love her energy too. Only complaint I have is that the OTHER employees (besides daisy and the security guy) weren't wearing masks.... not a huge fan of that, but to be fair I was the only person in the shop at the time so I'm sure if there were more people there they would have been wearing them! We weren't standing near each other so I think it was fine. Overall I recommend this place. The tikun CBD oil is great for period pain!

My husband just went there today- the woman behind the counter had NO MASK ON! No gloves either. How is this supposedly health conscious place even allowed to be open when basic pandemic rules are not followed. So many other places to go- avoid!

I want to pay my "highest" compliments to Mother Nature's Remedy. I had not been by since then moved closer to the corner. Donna, who seemed to be the manager, was so kind, and welcoming, and a problem solver. I had had a bad morning before I came in the shop. I quickly mellowed out after I came in. The vibe is a very mellow one here. Raven, my budtender was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and treated this Senior Citizen with respect. I was shown several jars of beautiful buds, I bought enough to hold me a week or two. o ;o)~' Props to Pablo the Security Officer for your help. I suggest you stop in; I am very happy I did. Love this place, amazing options, great staff, knowledgeable in every way. Went in yesterday and got deeply educated about CBD products. I knew some of the benefits before, but then they opened me up to a whole new realm of CBD healing benefits. Kyle is a manager there and knows his stuff! Jason and Sam are also amazing! Definitely ask if they're available if you need any help or have questions about products and stock! They always have top self products and anything "new" to the market. The clearks are super nice and know their information about products too and always get you in and out in a timely manner and provide good conversations as wel! I used to have a good experience here but something changed. Normally I just ask them to pick out the most economical option for 100$ and they find me a good deal depending on what they have. Today I did that but the person there just ignored my request and upsold me to a product that ended up being twice as expensive. I didn't realize until I opened the bag at home that it was half the quantity I normally get.

Today I went in and asked the same thing and the person there ignored what I said and upsold be to something that was twice as expensive so I got half as much as I normally do but the quality isn't any better. I feel ripped off. I have to drive here from Ventura (1.5hr trip). I won't be going here again. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Still a good shop with friendly employees but the selection has drastically suffered over the last 4 months and seems to be dwindling every time I go in. Prices are competitive but selection and variety is no longer there.

Probably one one of the best places in Los Angeles. Always feel welcome here. There is a large selection of good products and most are for very good prices. Will keep coming back!
