Wow. We are so pleased with Joseph and his work. We purchased our house in July and immediatly went into remodeling. Joseph came to give us his input for all the low voltage such and we ended up getting a security camera system & speakers throught the house along with other components. Joseph helped us throught the process, explained everything and confirmed with us every step of the way to make sure its what we want and where we want. At some point we simply told him to do what he thinks is the best as he was so professional. The coordination between Maxi Technologies and the other contractors (framers/electricians etc) was great and we had no issues with that. Overall we are very pleased with the service, price & quality and we enjoy watching movies, hear music and entertain. In a safe and secured house. Thank you Joseph and Maxi Technologies team.

Our home had a 6-camera surveillance system which needed repair in November 2021. After reading through many reviews, we contacted Maxi Technologies Inc. mainly because of its 5-star reviews. Now I feel I am obligated to share my experience in hopes that other potential customers may learn from my experience. Maxi Technologies Inc.'s owner, Mr. Joseph Ovadia, told us that instead of fixing our existing system, he could install a better system for $2,200 with a one-year labor and material warranty. We took his advice and he did the installation. After the installation, as he was showing us the new system on December 17, 2021, we learned the system only saved 3 days of video recordings to review while our old system saved 3 weeks of video. This was a total surprise to us as we were told this would be a "better" system. To be able to replicate our original data capacity, we were told an option was we needed to pay an additional $100 for 5 TB storage; unfortunately, this was only agreed upon verbally. When Mr. Ovadia came to upgrade the storage on January 7, 2022, he said the charge was $250 and he did not accept the $100 as had been agreed upon, and left. We then mailed a check of $100 to his office which was received, to cover the charge as originally agreed. During the replacement of the storage, we saw that the unit he originally installed was a 1 TB hard drive while the contract specifically stated that the system would have a 2TB hard drive. Had we not asked to upgrade our storage, we would never have learned that he had under-delivered on the system that we agreed to. On February 1, 2022, 3 months into our one-year warranty period, we emailed and called his office for support when one of our cameras did not display images. We were then informed that the contract had been REVOKED by Maxi Technologies Inc., cutting off all support and canceling our 1-year labor and material warranty with no notice or refund. This failure to deliver the service as contracted is totally unprofessional, and we deeply regret our decision to work with Maxi Technologies Inc.

My family just moved into a new home and used Maxi technologies to install and wire our security system . Joseph came to our home to do a consultation and within a week the security system was installed . He gave us excellent recommendations and went above and beyond what we thought was possible. Super professional and thorough! We are so happy with our new security system and highly recommend Maxi Technologies.

I had security cameras installed around the outside of my home. Start to finish, Joseph and his team were honest, punctual, and professional. I appreciated Joseph's ability to answer my questions and concerns and the clear communication throughout the process. On the day of installation, Joaquin and Joseph arrived on time ready to begin. After completing the installation Joaquin patiently adjusted each camera until I was satisfied. Joseph reviewed the app and camera features, making sure I understood how my system works. When they left everything was neat, tidy, and working as expected. I am very pleased with my decision to work with Maxi Technologies. I not only highly recommend them but hope to work with them again in the future to utilize their home automation services.

I cannot be any happier with maxi techs service. Yossi is such an amazing guy that is easy to work with. He quoted me a very fair price and performed an outstanding job that lasted a couple days (which is extremely fast considering the fact i needed to install dozens of cameras around my complex). These fellas came into my home and mounted an 82" flat screen TV like it was their job.I did not want to tackle mounting this monster on my own. I called around to several companies and these guys answered me right away and came out to do the job within 24 hours.Professional and quick. Excellent work all around and cleanup was perfect. Highly recommended - will hire again for other projects around the house.

Had a great experience with Maxi Tech. Joseph came by and ran me through the many options I had with my home theater project. We decided on what type of set up to go with, as well as the entire WiFi system for the house. I am thrilled with the results. Sound quality is amazing, the service was quick and easy, just as planned. Joseph and the crew worked cleanly and did everything they were supposed to and more! Overall definitely a 5 star experience and would recommend.

Joseph and his team did an amazing job servicing my families home with all of our camera needs. Everyone on his team were very respectful of our home. Joseph himself came out just to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. He's an honest man, and gives you a fair price for whatever you're looking for.
