Awesome selection of fitness and street wear. The staff is great and super helpful. I always find good deals there and have spend lots of my hard earned money over the years. They also have a super cool website if you are not local. Check them out, you won't regret it.

It is my second time ordering from to them online. Beside the great deals, I have received my pants in no time. They have a great selection for one of my favorite US brand ONZIE. The exchange for a bra which was too small was super simple.Next time, I will visit LA, I will for sure stop by their store. I will order probably more often from them. We have 2 gyms in Chicago and I am addicted to workout clothes :-)

I purchased about 20 different Onzie items from Fitness Fashions and I loved everything I got! There was a mixup and I ended up with a different tank top than I ordered, but Lisa was quick to respond and she sent out the correct item the same day, also encouraging me to give the wrong item to a friend. Shipping was also incredibly fast (< 3 days) considering I live on the other side of the country. I'm very impressed with the customer service and look forward to ordering again soon. Thanks so much!

This store has just about everything a woman needs for a great casual and semi-casual shopping day. Quality, trendy, unique and very attractive clothing and jewelry styles. I truly enjoy shopping here. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The pricing is reasonable for the area.

I have spent close to $2000 at the website. Over a period of several years, there have been mistakes on my orders (wrong size sent, item not available after the purchase, etc), which until recently was addressed with little fanfare. In October, I purchased a large number of items. One item was sold out and was replaced with something else. However, they sent me a wrong item that I did not order. After 3 emails over a week and a half period informing them of their mistake, they finally responded on November 25 to say "return denied." Again, this was a mistake on their part. I was merely asking for an exchange, certainly not a refund nor was I asking for any special exemption of any set policy. Maybe this should be reported to the BBB.

I got most of my Onzie items from Lisa M and I love them! Shipping is incredibly fast, items came individually wrapped which surprised me a bit when I got my first shipment. I have not had any interaction with their customer service because I've never had an issue but I have a good feeling that if one day I need the service, it would be no less than the high quality clothing I've already been getting. I would definitely purchase here again and highly recommend them to everyone!

Great selection of clothing at really competitive prices. I live in Vegas but decided to swing by here on my way to the Bay Area to purchase a sports bra I had tried on at Dick's and loved. Not only did I get it at a sweet discount price, but I felt great supporting a smaller business. The owner even put it on hold for me for 2 days until I was in town to pick it up. They have a vast selection of clothing so I recommend looking at their site online before going in person.

The owners level of rudeness is quite astonishing. It really threw me off. I've been going to this store for years as I'm a trainer, fitness instructor and pilates pro. I've happily spent lots of dough (I live in workout gear) and have referred countless clients here. Now I'm horrified thinking they may have been treated the way I was today. I don't think it's intentional, I just think that the owner has very, very poor people skills and should really not be working with the public. I love the selection and that's what always kept me going back and raving about this little known spot. I love having access to to all the awesome brands at one location. It's just not worth the risk of being talked down to and ridiculed when your are trying to buy an 80 dollar pair of tights.
