Been with Jeff Minderhout for years and he is the real deal when it comes to insurance! Need help? He's been my insurance superhero—always there when Ive needed him. And full of creativity. Forget cookie-cutter policies; Jeff has recommended coverage that was a great fit and not always the obvious choice! And I appreciate that he shares when he can’t get a better deal is more coverage less rate etc….You can count on him to be responsive, creative and has your back! Total peace of mind!

Liberty Co Insurance makes insurance easy. Our business has been using them for over 10 years and wouldn't consider any other insurance broker. They go beyond the stars to accomodate every situation.Barry and Maggie provide the best customer service. I can't imagine working with anyone else. Their response time is so quick for any issue that may come up.I highly recommend them for all types of insurance. They're the best!

No one answers the phone. You cannot speak with any broker at this company. I am over this company. Do not use this broker unless zero customer service is what you're looking for.

Horrible, horrible service. They were fine while we had them, nothing special. The prices were high so we decided to switch, it has been several months and they have still not refunded us for the last month of service they charged me for. I sent them all the images they wanted, they pretended not to receive. When I proved I had identity it they requested even more proof. Basically making as difficult as they possibly can to get me my refund.
