My best car buying experience hands down! Inquired about the car online and was contacted by Robert C right away. I came from out of town to buy the car and wanted to make sure they didn't sell it before I got there. Was assured by Nikolay that it wouldn't be. They got me out of there in less than 2 hours! I couldn't believe it. Mark B was also really fast with the paperwork. These guys went above and beyond, the whole team is awesome!

BUYER BEWARE!!
I would not buy a used car from Lexus of Woodland Hills. My sister purchased a 2014 Lexus LS460 from this dealership. The previous owner serviced this vehicle with them every 5k miles religiously. As soon as we left the dealership the vehicle began making a loud noise. At first we did not suspect it was our vehicle. However once we did, I called and texted the salesperson and he stated it was an as-is vehicle. We took the vehicle to our local Lexus dealers service center. After they diagnosed the vehicle, they stated that the transmission was on its way out. They quoted us $13,000.00, mind you, we haven't driven the vehicle more than 500 miles at this point. Sean and his team acted as though this was just one big misfortune. However, the misfortune fell on us, out $7,000 dollars selling the vehicle back to them for $13,000. My advice to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. Ensure they give you a minimum 90 day guarantee on the buyers guide. If they aren't willing to do that, ask if you can have the vehicle taken to an independent shop to have it throughly inspected. This was a costly mistake that we had to learn the hard way. I truly find it hard to believe that not one employee at the dealership was aware of this vehicle having issues, especially after our salesman stated it had been in inventory for over 90 days.
**Update: Sean is stating they have made multiple attempts to contact me. This is false. I have zero missed calls. Gus has my email, I'll wait for him to send me one.

I had an issue with my brakes (which has been subsequently and successfully repaired by an independent mechanic for going on a year now for about $400). I took it to Lexus of Woodland Hills. I left my car with the representative (I had used their services on multiple occasions before without any recalled incident - I will NEVER use them again). When I returned home, I said to my wife words in effect, "it's weird, but I do not trust the representative...." Later in the day, I received a call from Lexus (I believe the same representative but cannot swear on it - it has been quite some time now since this occurred). Again, a sense of a curvy communication - quoted me just over $2,000 to fix the issue and listed several things they supposedly needed to do to fix it (this was a brake pad/rotor issue gone bad from a prior independent mechanic that I took in to them to make right). I said "no" and they charged me about $250 just to provide me the estimate. I returned to the dealership, paid them their money for their "estimate," and left. As stated, I took it to an independent (referred by a neighbor of mine) and it was fixed with a $400 repair going on a year ago. I believe Lexus of Woodland Hills was either were inept or fraudulent and I suspect the latter based upon my sense with these folks. They lost my business forever.

I came with Anna to the car dealership woth the new LEXUS NX 450 HYBRID + ELECTRIC, to recieve taturial on our new car. I would like to recommend DAVID RODRIGUEZ for excellent client service. David showed us exactly what we needed to know about the car , was friendly and professional. He also answered all of our questions.
Defentley will come back to service the car.

The service department at Lexus of Woodland Hills is excellent - always courteous, on time as promised, understanding and accommodating advisor, and MOST importantly, never push for additional "needed" repairs. My advisor, Ly Do is very knowledgeable with car/car service in general and always go out of his way to be helpful. Thanks Ly. I would recommend this dealer to all.

Woodland Hills Lexus service department Service Director Luis Lopez and Service Consultant have provided extraordinary service on bith our RX 350 and LC500. Our vehicles purchassd at Woofland Hills Lexus as well have been maintained in a manor of excellence exceeding all of iur expectations! Simply put, I would not chance our service to anyone else.
