My girlfriend and I were looking to get our own property and we reached out to Oree for help. From the first time we contacted her all the way to our closing of our new property she was a huge help to us. Any questions we had, any concerns we had, and any help we needed, she was constantly taking care of us and walking us through every single step. She is very reliable, communicative and very kind and helpful. If their was ever someone to help with housing and loans, I'd choose Oree every single time!

I had a great experience working with Lend to America, specifically with Oree Bar. She's the best! From the very first phone call, Oree was warm, knowledgable, sharp, and reassuring. This was our first home and there was a lot we didn't know about the homebuying process. The whole way through, Oree made sure to answer our questions and explain things so that we felt confident that we were making the right choice for our family. The market changed drastically from when we started looking to when we closed on our loan. All along we had Oree in our corner and I don't think we'd be siting in our beautiful home now if not for her. Oree is someone you'll easily like, but just as easily respect and trust. I can't say enough great things about Oree. She was such an amazing person to work with! Oree was always quick to respond to any of my texts, calls, and emails. This being my first property, I had many questions throughout my home buying process. Oree was respectful, patient and always willing to work with me and guide me through escrow. If I could give Oree 10 stars I would, she is amazing!! Being a first time home buyer is scary, and we had so many questions and concerns. Oree was so patient and knowledgeable and was really there for us answering all our questions day and night. She walked us through this complicated process and made it all run so smoothly, that we were able to close on our house even earlier than anticipated. There were multiple times that she talked me off the ledge and explained everything to me. She is such a wealth of knowledge, and is so organized and on top of everything. I really don't know how she does it! I highly recommend her to anyone needing a loan, and if we ever are in a position to buy another home, I would go to her in a heartbeat.

Oree is wonderful to work with! She was one of the main reasons our deal worked out and we finally got our first home! We tried to buy on and off over the last 6 or 7 years but it never worked out. On a whim we found a house with sellers that didn't want to deal with a whole bunch of conditions and wanted a quick escrow. The next morning, I was speaking with Oree to get pre approved so we could submit an offer that same night... TWO weeks later we got the keys to our new house!! It was lightning fast and smooth. Oree made all the difference; explaining what to expect so there were no surprises, making sure everything was getting taken care of on time, and being available to answer any and all questions. There was no room for oversights, or any holdups, and Oree delivered. Not only would I recommend her to any of my relatives or friends, I would do my best to convince them to work with her. I was fortunate enough to use Lend To America for my recent home purchase. This is not my first home purchase or refinance but it was, by far, the first time a transaction has gone so smoothly, effortlessly and/or quickly. Ben Weisberg was the consummate professional throughout the entire process and he worked tirelessly to make sure all i's were dotted and t's crossed - there were no repetitive document requests nor were there any "just one more things." As a result, my loan closed a week early and I couldn't be more elated. I will seek out Lend To America for all my future real estate loans and refinancing needs without question!!!
