Sunny!!! She has been my and my husband's hair dresser for last 12 years. She was at a different shop and moved here. We followed her! I have a hair dresser aunt and can tell good hairdressers. She is definitely one of the top in ktown and I couldn't have anyone better in the valley either. Highly recommend Sunny!

100% did not like! I found this place on Groupon and PURPOSELY called the salon 2 WEEKS before purchasing the coupon to make sure it would apply on the day of my appointment. Long story short, I arrived at my appointment and was told how my coupon could not be used and that I had to pay regular price. I was already disappointed at this point, but decided to pay the price considering the drive and how this was my first lash experience. I payed for a lash lift and tint and off the bat I could tell this was definitely not professional at all! The lash glue and tint smelled extremely strong! Other clients next to me were complaining about their eyes being irritated and the technician did not care. Overall, I left with my lashes being sticky, goopy, and with the slightest lift. Do not recommend this place at all!

I got my eyelashes lifted here and the lady that did it was on the phone with her husband or boyfriend ranting about how much she hates doing services the entire time she was WORKING on my face for the entire hour. She did a nice job though

Absolutely horrible service. The first time I got my eyelashes done here with my sister she was there and we prepaid to get out eyelashes lifted. Service was fine. I called in a week ahead to get an appointment on May 19 and was told there was a class that day so I scheduled for a week later. I got a text 2 days before confirming our appointment to which I confirmed. I was there 15 min before our appointment and waited ONE FULL HOUR before leaving, I called and left messages but her phone was completely off. I'm very upset because this is not professional at all I have a ser schedule to keep and if she had an emergency THE LEAST she could have done was call a day or 2 hours before my appointment to cancel but this is horrible. I better get some sort of refund of be made an exception and given 2 free tints at the Beverly Hills location for WHATEVER DAY I CHOOSE and whatever day I want ahead of others with my sister for this inconcenience. It's upsetting because I thought she was professional and even bought my sister and I Groupon Coupons to return and recommended my friends but I will call the 10 people I recommended to go somewhere else instead. Where they WILL care about their customers. This is very inconvenient considering I drove 30 miles out to freaking get there.

First off let me start by saying this place is so unprofessional and non sterile it's pretty gross... when the tech polwasha I think it was ,started doing my lashes I immediately knew something was wrong , the smell of the glue she was using was so potent it was burning my nostrils and throat I asked her if it was supposed to be so strong having two other eyelash extensions done from different places it was weird that it was so strong because I've never experienced anything like this. She had asked if I was allergic to any glues other techs have used when I got my lashes done elsewhere I told her no and she offered to give me a mask which I completely regret it because it smelled like that mask was in the same drawer or place that the glue was or may have leaked on the mask.. immediately I took it off and told her to proceed I would just breath out of my mouth ... while she was proceeding to the left eye which was the last I began to feel a little pinch or pain which again I never felt before but I just shrugged it off .. a little later after we were done she told me when I felt ready I could open my eyes again still weird because usually other places would put a fan to my eyes to let the glue dry or a air dryer... after a little while I begin to open my eyes and the right one opened and the left eye stayed close. I had begin to realize that she glued my eye shut .. she grabbed tweezers and pried them open with a yank , after a little pain I started to blink my eyes again immediately regretting it ,I felt something inside my eye. I started blinking rapidly because it just kept moving inside or just a burning ... She grabbed tweezers and her goggles that had little magnifying glasses on them and began to look at my eyes and she pulled out one of her eyelash extensions that was inside my eyes after that she said nothing was inside so I got up and it still felt like something was in there actually felt like it was burning she looked again and said nothing was in there it may be just my eye ? Which is nonsense.. She then asked if she wanted me to have them off which I thought would be great at that point I was just concerned about my eye and going to the doctors right after ... she then began to tell me it would be an additional $20 on top of the $105 she was charging me for the actual eyelashes ? I was so shocked about what I just heard ? You actually want me to pay for something your removing , I am not keeping the lashes and you damaged my eye on top of that ? I was just so in awe I refused to get them removed by her and give her more money. I just paid for the lashes and left ... after that I had made a visit to my doctor he had informed me my top lid was damaged and had a little gash we're the lashes were ... this whole thing was a complete nightmare and to top it off the lashes were terrible and unacceptable.. worst experience of my lash days !

The absolute worst place to try and schedule an appointment. I got stood up TWICE and on the second time the owner who was supposed to do my lashes and who scheduled my appointment on the phone made me wait 30 minutes because she doubled booked me. I finally left. Just a massive waste of your time and the owner obviously does not care about her customers.
