This review is specific to my experience selling a car to Autonation (affiliated with Jaguar/Land Rover Woodland Hills dealership). Hunter Guzman is the used car manager that facilitates all transactions on behalf the dealer and my experience was superb. I've sold prior cars to Carvana and Carmax before but this recent experience with Hunter and Autonation was probably the most pleasant for a variety of reasons. Hunter was excellent about communication throughout the whole process and is a wonderfully polite person to engage. 10/10 would do it again!

I'm so happy I switched to Woodland Hills location for service on my Range. The staff is super helpful & friendly, Avery is a sweetheart. Now let's talk about Jack, he's the MVP! He gives me confidence that my car is in the best hands. Always informative and explains things I don't quite understand, just a great guy. He makes the process seamless!

I think that buying a car can sometimes be a little more difficult than it needs to be. However , a sales executive like Mike Altieri teaches you what true customer service is. In a word, awesome. If you don't ask for him, you are making a mistake. When you do choose him, he will ensure that you receive the best service possible, be on you side during the transaction, and make sure what needs to get done, does. Thanks Mike.

Different Name, same old horrible service and unprofessional behavior. Got a flat tire, Land Rover roadside assistant dropped the vehicle off at this location, 24 hours later and no progress. 2nd day they said they are working on the car... ITS A FLAT... 3rd day they call back to say they don't have the tire in the shop, it's being ordered and warranty has declined coverage... back and forth I realize they had submitted wrong information on purpose in my opinion because warranty only pays them cost and I'd have to pay them their price (whatever profit they want). So I took the car back with flat tire, loaded it up on a flat bed tow truck and sent it to Thousand Oaks Land Rover and just like that my problem was solved within 24 hours.

This location seems to have problems for as long as I've been buying cars from GM and Honda. Just a warning. Subject: Urgent Inquiry Regarding Remote Hacking Incidents with GM and Cadillac VehiclesDear Dealership,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a series of troubling incidents that occurred during my experience with GM and Cadillac vehicles, specifically the XT4 and XT5 models, which I believe necessitates a thorough investigation.In 2015, I purchased the XT4 and XT5 from your dealership, previously known as GM and Cadillac Woodland Hills. Unfortunately, my ownership of these vehicles was marred by a persistent issue of remote hacking and unauthorized access. On multiple occasions, I encountered strange occurrences such as the car starting to speak in French, unusual tire pressure readings being dictated, and incidents where the car's windows would unexpectedly roll down and the battery would be drained.One particularly concerning incident took place only two weeks after acquiring the XT5. It became evident that someone had remotely accessed the vehicle's backend architecture and internet connectivity. My attempts to log into the vehicle's online platform were met with shock, as my passwords had been changed and control over the vehicle had been taken away from me entirely. The intrusion had escalated to the point where the car's access and functions were no longer under my control.As these remote hacking incidents persisted over the years, my frustration and concern grew substantially. When the lease for the XT5 finally came to an end, I encountered an unprecedented situation. On the very day the lease was set to expire, the car was remotely locked, rendering it immobile. The urgency and timing of this occurrence raised significant questions about the circumstances surrounding my vehicle's accessibility.Considering the gravity of these events, I implore you to investigate these incidents thoroughly. The remote hacking incidents and unauthorized access had a profound impact on my ownership experience and eroded the sense of security I should have had with these vehicles. I believe it is crucial to understand the extent of these security breaches and ensure that such occurrences are prevented from affecting other customers in the future.I look forward to your prompt response and your commitment to addressing these concerns. Parts department made me wait 15 minutes before they even greeted me. Then, on to hold for another 5. When a representative finally answered my call he asked me a question that only a technician would know, I asked him to give me a couple of SECONDS, came back to the line and he had hung up on me. Horrible service!

We found a vehicle we liked online and I called to see if it was still available. I immediately spoke with Malika who was very helpful! I asked her to text me an out the door number without anything extra, and that is exactly what she did! We drove 2 hours to test drive the vehicle and ended up purchasing it. We dealt with Malika the entire time and had the best car buying experience we've ever had due to her assistance! Thank you, Malika, for making our purchase a most pleasant one!

After 4 months of my car being in the shop and them not even providing me a loaner vehicle to drive they finally agreed to a repurchase of my truck. Mind you my new truck has been sitting at the dealership for 4 months because they can't figure out what's wrong with it but they advise me to continue making the $1,500 payments each month. They would not call chase and put a hold on the payments. So I've paid for a truck every month that I didn't even have and on-top of that they didn't have a loaner available for me. The repurchase process was extremely long and unnecessary. Communication was terrible, almost impossible to reach the consumer affairs rep handling my case or anyone at the dealership in Woodland Hills. I was advised on Tuesday to surrender my truck to complete the repurchase process, I've called the Woodland Hills dealership everyday this week and have not been able to reach anyone. I have left MULTIPLE messages with different departments and as of today Friday I still have not received a call back from anyone so I'm going to just drop it off without notice. Avoid this dealership at all cost!
