The worker was very rude when I had to return the garments I had bought told me I needed my card to return went back the next day they didn't even need my card to do a return just my recite so it was a journey I didn't need to do very bad experience on returns..Will not be going back

Staff is very friendly butplease don’t make someone wait 10-15 minutes standing there at register because one customer is taking a very long time to check out and order things online - when there are multiple staff members working and more than one register.I walked in and there was no one else in the store except the person checking out. I waited forever just to return one itemI don’t want to return to this store

I went in to return a sweater given to me by my daughter and got a different one. Very helpful staff. Good selection of regular and petite sizes. I buy almost all J Jill. The clothes stay looking good a long time.

I always have a great experience here. Marie is just wonderful helping me find styles , sizes & reordering for me as necessary. This store is always immaculately clean . J jill Corp was the very first notice I received early this week about their measures to keep the public safe concerning Covid-19 . Their clothing sizes have been consistent for years so catalog and online ordering is easy & returns are a breeze. I highly recommend this store . You won't be disappointed !

I think the village at topenga might be cursed. It's a lovely place to hang out, eat and walk around but I hear that not that many people actually shop at the stores. I hope that's not true because I love, love, love having a J. Jill there. I love their clothes and being able to go to the store to try them all on. Plus it brings back lovely memories of shopping with my mother. I don't think you'd expect me to shop at J. Jill by looking at me but 1/4 of my closet comes from them. Good quality, soft, comfortable clothing!
