This is a super reliable and professional company. We've been working with crazy inkJets for several years now. Yaniv is dependable and professional. The quality of their toners are good and prices are competitive, low. Highly recommended.

Hello Crazy Inkjets, super easy to deal with fast and responsive. Their inks seem to be way less expensive than ordering anything online and seem to have outlasted anything I've purchased before.

Ask for "Yaniv" and say "hello". This is my favorite neighborhood store.QUALITY CAREThe store really goes the extra mile for customers. Workers here are notably "kind."It's that "what just happened there?" when you leave--- the store experience is like a throwback to yesteryear where you actually experience "getting served without an attitude". It feels like to them it is more than a job; they build relationships with customers.I think I started coming here, gee, about 2010??? So about eleven years I have only bought ink here.CREDIT FOR EMPTY INKThey recycle take back the empties toward store credit. I am a medium level ink user-heavy use at time and lighter during 2020 shut down due to COVID.DISCOUNTS AND COMPETITIVE PRICESCoupons for 15% off come by email. You can still get the discount when it running, even if you buy a package, for example of 2- black, and 1- C,M, Y or get 2 of each for slightly higher. The store is a little cheaper than Frye's and cheaper than Staples and Office Max.IN STORE, CURBSIDE OR DELIVERYNOTE: During COVID, if you call ahead to order you can get curbside pick up. You might want to do this. It is a few stores in a strip and street parking and the step up on the curb is much higher than usual, unless you park where there is a cut in and curb is not there.OR if you want your ink delivered, it can come by mail or as for FEDEX ground.OTHER PRODUCTSIf you need printer supplies, or paper, Crazy Inks is also price competitive.I hope you find Crazy Inks to be your new first choice go-to to meet your ink and printing needs.MEANWHILE - HUNGRY OR FEELING CREATIVE?Ameci's is in same strip at the end. There is also an awesome bead lounge for craft makers a few doors down.HOW TO GET TURNED AROUND TO GET HEADED NORTH TO VENTURA BLVD.To reverse directions, and go north toward Ventura Blvd or entrance to 101, go around the block to the right, right at end of that block, then another right on the street that comes out on traffic light at Topanga. If you go slow, you can see the light by looking down that street - look right. If you miss it, you can catch another street with a light.-- March 2021

Great pricing! Great alternative to overpaying those printer companies with their razor blade theory of business . Buy two of their so-called "Genuine" replacements often cost half (or more) of the initial cost of your inkjet printer. They continue to skirt around the spirit of not using so-called "dynamic security program" by freaking you out with warnings not to use alternatives when they work perfectly well. Plus the inkjet manufacturers continue the questionable act of underprinting, so you end up having to buy color cartridges, even when you only print black - Crazy Inkjets to the rescue, where you can buy just one color without breaking the bank.

I have been a customer for the past 4 years. The owner Yaniv knows his products and has always been able to provide me and my company with reliable cartridges. Great prices! Excellent customer service! Don't bother to go anywhere else. Crazy Inkjet has it covered. And Covid friendly.

Would highly recommend this place for their honesty and kindness, especially during these strange and difficult covid times. Last semester, as we distance learned from home, I learned one of my son's classmates did not have a printer at home. I printed and delivered class papers to them because I felt that the local shop where my classmate's mom was printing was taking advantage of her, charging one dollar per page to print. Finally, I was able to secure a printer for them, which took 4 ink cartridges, and kept on running out. I had had enough, and based on the multitude of 5-star yelp reviews, I brought the printer and all the ink cartridges I had purchased, hoping to get an honest review of whether it was worth purchasing more ink to make this thing work. Yaniv greeted me right away, tested the printer, and told me it was not worth spending any additional monies on ink to get the printer to work and that the printer quality was fairly low. I relayed the story of why I was trying to set this printer up, and without hesitation, he told me he would find a much better printer in his stock, clean it up for me, install the ink, and donate it to the classmate. I was blown away by his kindness. In the next week, he called me twice to followup about his efforts and when it would be ready for pickup. I picked it up this past weekend. Again, he was warm and friendly, and donated a very high quality printer, perfect condition, filled with ink. I can't even remember the last time I encountered such kindness. I will be spreading the word about Yaniv and this business because he could have just sold me some ink for the horrible printer and left it at that. Instead, he gave me honest feedback, donated a printer for someone who will truly benefit from it during long distance learning and even after, kept me informed, and he even recycled the bad printer and all the ink cartridges. This is truly an ethical business that cares about the local community. As for the quality of ink, I can attest that it's also great b/c I helped the classmate hook up the printer and we printed several pages.
