“4 STARS because one petty lady took the 5th star with her nasty behavior First thing I want to say is I am very thankful for Vantage point in employees, Patrick, David, and Adam. They were all wonderful and they all helped me and my fiancé with more than they needed. The only BAD thing I have to say is about one of their employees, an older Armenian lady who works graveyard. She is very nasty and rude, she has no compassion for humans. Complete narcissist, and she's lazy. She doesn't want to help because she wants to sit inside the front desk office all night, scratching her head wondering why she's working graveyard and why she's so miserable. We called recently (tonight) because my friend had to get her belongings last minute due to work and because we have a flight to Boston at 5:30 am. We expressed this to her and her response was that she didn't care what the employee earlier said and that she couldn't get her things until the Morning. Remind you WE have a FLIGHT to catch at 5:30 so idk why she is still employed if her customer service is horrible. Throughout my stay I have had multiple encounters with her and all those times she was rude. I was nothing but nice and respectful until I was disrespected. Vantage thank you for the stay but you need to reevaluate your decisions on who you hire and why you allow such behavior towards your loyal guests! We asked her for a number to reach management and she denied so if anyone who is above a manager is reading this please message me. Thank you”

“Hetty and the entire team made our stay lovely! The bar service was excellent and the hotel was clean and in a great location for our conference. Nice pool area with a fountain/fireplace combo which was nice to sit around with a glass of wine. Great breakfast as well!”

“Really epic hotel for the price point. One of the better bistro/restaurants I’ve been to at a hotel of this smaller size. Easily the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel! The entire staff was exceptional, extended my checkout time by two hours without any charge, and were happy to answer any questions I might’ve had.The rooms weren’t excellent, nor were they bad. Everything was clean, but the amenities seemed lacking. No mugs, no water bottles(genuinely weird), no mini bar, the TV was fine but nothing stellar, no Bluetooth connected alarms, etc. Very little sound deadening, I could hear dogs all night long.8/10”

“Discriminated against by the manager in such a way, that I left within 30 min after arrival.Surrounded by young girls, which are unable to cancel a credit card transaction, not authorized to give me a invoice and keeping a security deposit for a room which looked into the open trash containers of a business.No knowledge of the law but interpretation made by this manager which has absolutely zero customer care quality.Noteworthy details: Staff is always right , customer wrong”
