I was left high and dry when my commercial property insurer left the state and me dangling with made-up excuses for non-renewal. Most brokers I talked to were only tied to a couple of insurers who were either too picky and too unaffordable.I only found a couple of brokers who were helpful. Of those two, Jesus (JZ) really shined when it came to the best and most affordable options. JZ was also very responsive and knowledgeable. I'm glad I found him and couldn't be happier with the level of service provided.

Helpful Insurance Agent has helped me to get excellent home insurance for a few years. Jesus is knowledgeable, and highly professional. He went extra several miles to solve problems for me even they were not his fault. My insurance company and my lender didn't tango well which cause Jesus a lot of headache, time, and money (for FedEx mailing.) I offered to reimburse him for the expense but he politely declined. I can not say enough good things about Jesus at the Helpful Insurance Agency!!! I needed business insurance very quickly, and not only was he able to come through for me, but he also helped me negotiate with my landlord to reduce the amount of insurance they were asking for!!He was extremely prompt will getting back to me through calls and emails.Jesus was kind and very thorough! Jesus is a consummate professional with regards to insurance. My insurance needs are a bit complicated and Jesus is, in my opinion, one of the BEST brokers I have ever had the pleasure to do business with.One thing that truly stands out is his availability and responsiveness over phone, text, and email.
