Wow!!! Amazed at how I was treated so kindly, as a woman, I trust people to hold their professionalism and be honest which is why I have avoided going to get my car serviced and fearing the worst ? this is a safe and honest space for any woman to ask for incredible auto service!!! I’m not trying to make anyone feel excluded, I say that as a single mom with past bad experiences at shops ? On top of their A++ service they made me feel like a long time client, feeling blessed and grateful in finding a forever business to be a loyal client too ❤️❤️❤️

Shawn and the boys took care of me in less than 10 min. I needed to get a tire plugged. I showed up and they took care of it right away. Appreciate the quick turnaround.

I brought my car on a tow truck, they said that the battery needed to be changed, they changed it, next day
the car broke down again for the second time, we did not took the car to them, there was no point, because they were giving the wrong diagnosis, ordered a tow truck, went to a friend's house it turned out that the alternator needed to be changed, and we changed it, the car started working as usual. Then I went to the Henk’s tire to get back my old battery and return their, which they changed it by mistake, but they refused to do this, although they gave me a 3-year warranty, very disappointed cause paid $360 for wrong part that they installed.

We had our car towed to Hank’s and all the guys we came in contact with were super friendly. We went on a Saturday which is their busiest day but they still took us in. It’s a bit on the pricey side but they did a great job. Gus was our guy and he even handed us Girl Scout cookies after our car was done!

I've been going there for over a DECADE, giving lots of business. I was always told that if I purchase a tire from them, if anything happens to the tire, bring back, & they will either repair or replace for free as per their company's personal guarantee & warranty. however they didn't want to honor it & attempted to spin the narrative by saying that they don't give free repairs or replacements & they said i didn't have a warranty, the warranty is separate & needs to be purchased at time of initial service/purchase.
I am sorry that it comes to this & people have to hear about my 1st ever negative experience with Hank's Tire in Woodland Hills, CA. As a loyal customer who has given them lots of business, it is disappointing that they did not honor their personal guarantee and warranty. It is especially frustrating when you were told that if anything happened to the tire, they would repair or replace it for free. It seems like there was a miscommunication or a lack of transparency on their part.
It is important for businesses to stand by their promises and treat their customers with respect. If they have a separate warranty that needs to be purchased at the time of initial service or purchase, it should have been clearly communicated to me or any customer. It is not fair for them to attempt to spin the narrative and deny the existence of a warranty that I was under the impression I had.
Overall, it is disappointing when a long-standing customer like myself is treated in this manner. It is important for businesses to take responsibility for their actions and rectify any misunderstandings or discrepancies.
After an hour long back & forth, I said screw it I'll pay for the tire but I vehemently expressed my disdain, disappointment, & displeasure pertaining to the entire ordeal. It left a bad taste in my mouth & definitely soured the Decade long relationship I've had with them....
Subsequently........ LOL...... this happened... lol...
Much to the CHAGRIN of the supervisor/manager(ANTHONY), he reluctantly acquiesced & took care of the tire & whatever charges so I wasn't charged anything. Though I'm grateful, however that is what they were supposed to do in the 1st place.
Like don't nickel & dime me nor mislead me. It's not about $$$$ it's about PRINCIPLE! Honor your word! If your policy/protocol has changed then express & elocute that, DO NOT attempt to patronize nor gaslight me. It's not gonna end well. It makes you look unprofessional & tarnishes a 70+ year history & reputation of incomparable service. Huge disappointment to say the least for sure!

Even though the place was filled with customers, an employee came right over to me, asked what my issue was and had me pull right into a bay. I needed a tire plug, and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. These guys are GREAT! Nice job Hank's!

Steven was super nice. He offered me great tires for a great price and even had me on the road in 30 mins. Will definitely be back no prices can beat this quality!
