I was very well attended! I needed to replace my side mirror which was completely broken. They told me they would have it the next day, they placed the order and I went the next day and it only took about 45 minutes.

Took my car there for a paint job fix with a perfectly fine windshield. Left with a cracked windshield. Hal refused to acknowledge that it didn’t exist there before I arrived and then also tried to charge me extra when I showed up to pay because he “assumed” I was paying in cash.
Edit several days later**: well well…days after Hal broke my windshield and I had safelight come to replace my windshield the tech finds that the plastic cover was not put back in place in the front hood and there was just a metal paint brush sitting out that wasn’t put away. Tech said I’m lucky I hadn’t driven much as the plastic could’ve melted onto the engine (which they left it on top of). Crazy negligence.

He showed absolutely zero impatience or frustration answering any of my incessant questions, throughout the process. I was treated with courtesy and respect and like my business mattered to them - unlike many other mechanics in this sellers' market. They didn't gouge, performed stellar work, and took ownership of that work. True integrity is a rare trait these days
