“I love this gym, the only gym that actually made me start training.
I’m quite lazy person and had no idea how to train and getting up to go to the gym to do god know what wasn’t really effective.
So i gave orange theory a chance and i’ve been training every other day for the past 4 months , and i’m so happy to see results, i get even more motivated to go to the gym now.
Stuff and trainers are great as well. Couldn’t recommend more”

“After not working out for 5+ years, the thought of finding a gym was overwhelming. I knew I didn't want a big chain based on my past experience at Equinox, but I needed a personal trainer. I'm so grateful I found Will and Max Performance! It's a small gym that specializes in individual training. Will, the owner, initially met with me to get a sense of what I was looking for, and from there, he assigned me to one of his trainers. Over the months, I've worked out with and observed many of the trainers, and they are all great. Most of my sessions are early in the morning, but I've popped into the gym mid-day and on the weekends, and while there are busier times than others, it's never overcrowded, and all the people are friendly and welcoming.If you're looking for a gym to work with a personal trainer, that's clean and drama-free, this is the best place in the neighborhood!”

“I’ve been doing 2 months of 2-3 personal training sessions per week as a way to get stronger for trampoline which is my main hobby. Sahand has been amazing. I have a shoulder injury right now and he has tailored every session and watches every exercise in order to help rehab safely. This is in addition to all the other areas for strength I wanted to focus on. I’ve already learned a ton from him on proper form, focus areas, and exercises and feel way stronger than I was in session one.”

“The Camp in Woodland Hills has had challenges, but having been part of the Camp community for the past 7 years know that it is extremely difficult to please everyone and some contracts are written ambiguously to always benefit the franchise. That being said maintaining, the staff (including trainers) have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Our community is strong and starting to thrive again. We all have our favorite trainers for different reasons, but there are classes during the mornings and evenings to accommodate mostly everyone trying this program out for the first time, or even those who have been coming for years. At least for me my top three trainers are in alphabetical order Alex, Frank and Steve. These guys kill you, or at least challenge you to get out of your comfort zone and step up into your next level of fitness and health. I cannot give it 5 starts, due to some management decisions that impacted my fitness journey, but that has nothing to do with the instructors. Also, I know that for liability issues they cannot have heavier weight in the classes, but wish that would change, because some of us have grown beyond of the 50 lbs dumbbells.”

“Recently signed up for ClassPass and enjoyed the Pilates class with Deena.My friend introduced me to Pilates and I've been trying to find a studio that fits my schedule and isn't too far of a commute. This studio is less than 5 miles from my office and ends at the perfect time for my afternoon commute home.The studio has limited parking in the back of the studio, so I came early to secure a parking spot. Entrance to the parking lot is on Costanso St with entry points on Topanga Canyon Blvd. or Don Pio Dr.Students are free to pick any machine they want. The machines at this studio are top notch. I love how personal the studio is because the instructor was able to correct my form. Deena's class was intense. It felt so rewarding the next day when my whole body was sore. She really pushes her advanced students to the limit and as a beginner, it pushed me beyond imaginable.After the session, each student cleans their own machine with wipes provided by the studio.I'll be sure to come back whenever I'm working in the office.”

“I was given a free work out session. I was hesitant to accept as I have been going to gyms since the eighties. Jon L. was amazing. I learned that I was not in the correct heart rate zone to lose fat. I learned that I am doing the reps way too fast. I learned I am not doing enough sets. I was introduced to amazing machines that I never used. Thank you 24 Hour Fitness for this opportunity.”
