Small, but reliable for taking donations. Some locations seems to vary in what they will take. This place tends to always work for me.

As a professional organizer in the west valley area I have been dropping off client's donations at this Goodwill location for many years. I adore Ernie and Frances who continue to be super friendly and helpful every time I bring in items to drop off. I am super grateful for this store and thankful especially to Ernie and Frances.

The hours aren't accurate. Other than that, it should be just an easy spot to drop off your items. If they operated the hours Yelp says they operate.

The best Goodwill that I've been to this far. To be honest I always expect a crappy experience with Goodwill and the Salvation Army. It seems like the employees are mostly unfriendly and don't want to take your donations. But this is not the case with this location. I was immediately met by a gentleman who was an absolute hoot. I didn't catch his name but he was very upbeat, told a lot of jokes and was welcoming. Most importantly the site was organized and had two separate bins in the front for clothing or shoes. I easily placed my items in the bins and when I was done I was asked if I needed a receipt. Heck yeah I do! Lol. I was able to provide them with my email address and a receipt was sent to me on the spot. Highly efficient, organized and straightforward experience. I definitely plan to make this my go to location for donations.

Closed and weirdly enough the hours don't say they are supposed to be so I wonder if it's a staffing issue.

Make sure to call this location ahead of time to make sure they're open, regardless of listed hours they often close in the middle of the day because they don't have room to accept more donations.

Once again I tried to drop off a few bags of clothes and was denied due to them being "full". This seems to be on many occasion at this location. It's a large drop off center with great parking but they never seem to anticipate getting a lot of donations, thus being full often. So I advise anyone to call ahead of time before donating, even if it's a small bag of clothes etc.. Why do some places make it so hard to do good??? Oh well, good luck...

Ernesto employee number 70180 at the Woodland Hills location was absolutely horrible and rude to me this morning when I tried to drop off clothes. He ran out and confronted me as I was standing right outside his front door with my bags telling me that I was not allowed to dump I kept explaining to him that I was not dumping that I was here to make a donation however that seem to not make any difference to Ernesto who continue to yell at me and another donator about not being able to dump. Please Goodwill do something about employees like this.
