Wow wow wow! This place is unreal. Probably the most gourmet brunch in the valley you can get. Gasolina is a Spanish inspired brunch restaurant in the valley. I ordered the skillet breakfast which makes me think of shakshuka, a Mediterranean egg dish cooked in tomatoes and onions. This is their take on that dish, but amplified with meat and a different inspiration of flavors. It doesn't look like it will fill you up but trust me, you will be very satisfied. My girlfriend ordered the burger and we split the patatas bravas. Both very good and cooked to perfection. The wait staff was also very friendly and gave us good recommendations! Highly recommend this place for a former brunch in the valley.

This spot rocks. Had a work meeting here. The staff was great, the menu was amazing, and the coffee was phenomenal. I had the skillet eggs which were more hearty than I expected but my god it was so good.

We went for Sunday brunch and it was awesome. We had reservations and I'm glad we did because it was a busy place. We were seated right away by a very pleasant hostess. I had the Patatas Bravas, home fries covered in chorizo bacon and an egg. Fabulous. She had the El Vegetariano sandwich equally tasty and serve with the delicious home fries. I had a very rich coffee and she had a nice red wine. We will return when we are in the area again.

This is what you get for nearly $20 and I think the photo makes it look bigger. Literally the size of wonder bread. Not only was the Tomate completely unseasoned(taste your food chef), the two tiny pieces of Jamon were a joke, and I think I've had better at Trader Joe's. I'm Spanish, I would know. I paid $30 for this and a half glass of orange juice. Don't waste your time AND money at this place.

High quality every time. Always tastes delicious. Array of menu options that change seasonally (I believe). Service is always on top of it. Makes me feel like I'm dinning in Spain.

Very OK option. It's pretty expensive for the quality of food that you get tbh, so I would recommend passing unless you're in the neighborhood. We ordered: - La Espanola Sandwich ($20) - Gambas Al Ajilo Sandwich ($21) - Bottle of beer ($9) - Churros con Chocolate ($12) The best part of the meal was the churros, and even the churros were only passable. They do auto service fee of 20% and don't give the opportunity to tip, which is nice. FYI - There is outdoor seating if you have a dog but it's not the cutest outdoor seating, really basic tables on the sidewalk with slow, barely there service.

I tried this place for the first time and I left disappointed. I believe they're completely overpriced. I got an omelette and ended up paying $40 after tip, how?!?! You also can't make any changes or substitutions which is pretty annoying. Oh and they give you a glass of orange juice that's only half full?

Perhaps this is my own fault, but I wasn't expecting this place to be authentically Spanish. The portions are quite small given the prices. I was expecting a wholehearted breakfast but found out the portion were smaller than expected. I felt the veggie on my like flavor but looked better than it tasted. I did enjoy the coffees and service though. Is cute and the place is not too big but they do have outside seating.

Been going to gasoline when it was a tiny cafe. Place was super chill and relaxing. I really enjoyed going there for breakfast and some coffee. Became a regular there. Some years later they moved to a new location and revamped the place. It was a good time, the atmosphere was enjoyable. I moved to a new city and it had been over a year since. I went in today, service was great and the food consistent. Just like I remembered it. However, this time around the ambiance was off. Music was so loud it forced people to yell if they wanted to have a conversation. I love conversation during mealtime but do not enjoy having to yell. I put on some ear plugs to try and enjoy my food, but the vibe was all off. Made the food unenjoyable. I hope the manager/owner reads this. I want to be able to enjoy my food and company. The place felt like a bar and at 10am in the morning. That's not the vibe for a cafe, in my opinion.

We've been going to Gasolina for years (since their first location!). The food and coffee is delicious and the staff and customer service is above and beyond. We love sitting outside and bringing our dog. It's a chill spot to eat and unwind on a Sunday before getting to weekend errands.

The food was delicious!! We got the egg skillet and the chicken sandwich (comes with the potatoes) and oh myyyy I don't know how they make those potatoes but I'm obsessed! The fresh juice so delicious as well. Yum!! Can't wait to go back!

Really great vibe and warm welcome when you enter this neighborhood cozy spot. The servers, host and everyone are super nice, kind and welcoming. The food was good and made to order. Coffee was delicious and hot. They had a little delay with one of the dishes but made sure to bring it out and took care of it. Overall great experience!
