I was looking for Culligan under the sink water filter casing and the filter. My plumber recommended the unit. I found the casing and the filter at this store and each unit was $5 less than other stores. The staff is also very friendly - in addition to the great prices they offer.

Go there if you want to deal with fools or those that take you for a fool.I visited them today looking for a bag of Sunniland 10-10-10 as general-purpose fertilizer for my garden. They didn't have it in stock. The expert garden advisor insisted I take the Sunniland 6-4-0 lawn fertilizer as she uses that for everything. I pointed out to her that is not its intended purpose. She told me I was wrong. I walked away instead of telling her she was either rude or stupid. May be both.

This store is like an oasis in the area. So much better than going into a big hardware store, especially if you have questions. The store has much more stuff than you'd think for it's size. Well laid out. Not as bad to get in out out if you park behind the store as you'd think.

I always experience great service here, never have to search for someone to help me out, and the associates are all super friendly and knowledgable. I prefer this over the big box stores. Such a nice Neighborhood place!

I've shopped here many times and always get the best service. They go out of their way to make their customers happy.Today I called ahead asking that the clear vinyl I was buying be wrapped so not to get waterspots on it from the rain. They did a nice job. Rolled the vinyl nicely and didn't bend or crease it. Hats off to Jeff and Mike!Highly recommend this store!!!

No worthwhile return policy. Shop at Lowe’s or Home Depot where they have better relationships with their customers even without trying. Bought p traps there and had to install them in Nevada. Took three trips to get it installed and when I went to return the unopened parts lady gives me a 30 day return policy spiel. No thanks. I thought I was supporting a smaller local shop. All Amazon and Home Depot for me now. Bye, Ace.

I ordered $90 worth of Kilz primer for store pickup. In store associates and older man that was standing outback were not friendly at all. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed. I’ll stick to Lowes.

Great place to get things that may not be carried in the larger big box hardware stores as well as some of the same items as well. Super convenient location & easy to get assistance if needed.

Me, hardware and fixing things is like oil and water. Home Depot didn't have what I was looking for, therefore an employee recommended I check out Franklin's Ace Hardware. Luckily, Franklin's had what I needed for such a steal (meaning excellent price). An employee who goes by the name of, "Cash" was able to find the part I needed within the store. Then, Cash went above and beyond, when he offered to fix the problem on my car with the part I purchased from Franklin's. Now that's Yelp worthy service! I was very grateful and impressed by his FIVE star customer service. Thanks Franklin's and Cash for adding a bit more awesome to my day. Small free parking lot in back of the store.

I love Franklins. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable. They take the time to find you what you need and go the extra mile to show you what to do. On todays visit I want to thank Tim. He showed me how to fix my toilet and it actually worked. Now it runs perfect Instead of a $100-150 Plummer call I spent a total of $10.00. Very happy customer.

I will never go back to this place ever Big place like that it doesn't have bathroom to serve the patron and theclines You don't want to go there The cashiers have so rude And they don't even recognize their own clients So if you have an emergency bathroom at hardwood Franklin they will not let you use it. It's kind of against the law Lawyer will be contacting hardware franklin????
