I came from bakersfield to pick up tile and was sent back because they don't load materials after 5pm. So I have to come back and drive another 4 hours. Thanks for the consideration

I waited for tile over an hour, then they come outside to the loading dock, and said that my pallet was block with other pallets, I think they should organize the pick up, or fire somebody is not doing their job .

I ran across one employee that was helpful but the ladies near the front, the “designers”are unwilling to their computers to help me find tile. They told me I should go to another store in Oxnard if I want to see if they have different tile.

They have a nice big selection. That’s about it.
If you want a good price, good customer service this is not the place.
Ordered tiles and went to pick it up, waited for over 2 hours and finally went in and they made me carry out all the tiles myself.
Garbage staff, garbage customer service.
Never ordering here again and I suggest you don’t either.

I had a worst experience in Floor & Decor this afternoon.
Nobody knows anything, when you need help or have a question about a product they don't have answer.
There are sales associates standing around and not doing anything. I needed help.on some flooring products but of course Noone had the correct answer.
I wanted to apply for their credit that they offer, but ofcourse no one coIlf help me.
I hope that the corp. office sees this review and starts hiring and educating the associates so the customers won't have to get the incorrect information and not get upset.

I would like to say the service and dedication Sonia has for helping me to be able to get my order to my jobsite. She is REALLY Amazing.
She differently went above and beyond.
She also have such great energy and love working with her!
Story is that we have ordered with Floor and Decor and usally everything goes smoothly except for my last order with 1 out of 3 items did not reach my jobsite. We were looking for it and found out it never got delivered fast forward we want to set up the delivery but Floor and Decor Woodland hills does not have so we needed to get it from another Floor and Decor which Sonia said i will need to pay for the delivery which i can only do with the customer service. I called multiple times and no one can help me (2 weeks past, still couldn't figure it out) but Sonia did checked up on me , and if the order was delivered a few times and finally we decided that because the general customer service could not help me so i just picked it up from Floor and Decor Downey.
Thank you again for all the help and hardwork
